Spacious. Good open plan living area with 4 bedrooms allowing for privacy as well.Good deck with great views.Was very convenient for our purposes and most of us like walking and were not daunted by the hill climb - the views were worth it.I would recommend it.

Top spot

Lovely house. Views were fabulous. Some more comfortable chairs on veranda where you can also see view would be good. Just camping chairs would suffice. Havent been anywhere where there is no hairdryer. Had to buy one. Beautiful kitchen. Some microwave dishes would help otherwise well stocked. Some light bulbs need replacing. We had a great time and would recommend Top Spot. Just if you attend to those few pointers it would be even better.

Wonderful location / Great people.

Upon entering the property, we found the property had not been cleaned at all. We arrived at 3pm as the time states for entry and waited till 4pm having contacting the property manager twice to inform them that the property had not been cleaned. The cleaner arrived at 4pm and cleaned the property as best she could till 6pm. Until that time we had not unpacked any items from the car. We then found all the dishes to be unwashed and the dishwasher putrid. We then informed the property manager once again and they supplied us with cleaner for the dishwasher. We then did all the dishes. Advertising for this property states that there is undercover parking, however, only one bay was available and most of the undercover parking was in use by the property owners. If renting this property, ensure with the property manager that it has been cleaned or you may be waiting 3-4 hours for entry. Otherwise Agnes Waters is a great destination to holiday.

Beautiful house in a beautiful spot

Location was perfect, just a short drive from everything. Amazing views, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful breezes and nice quiet neighbourhood. We would definitely stay again.

The house was in a good location, plenty of room for a family. Everything was close within a short drive or walk. Only downside was someone turned the mains water off while we were out one day.

Great spot, quiet location but only a few minutes to everything. Well equipped house but a dryer would be great. Lovely view and fantastic verandah - great squatters chairs!
