Ideally situated just 300 metres from Agnes Water Beach, seconds from popular restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets, and only 5 km from the historic Town of 1770, gateway to the Southern Barrier Reef, it is the perfect choice for your beach holiday accommodation. Park the car & walk to all amenities. The property has ample room to park a few boats & the boat ramp is only 5km to 1770.

Older house, close to shops

Lots of beds! Large BBQ! Right next to few shops in town and coffee shops. Not overly close to beach. NO air conditioning. Older house with creaky fans but nicely decorated.

Absolutely perfect in all ways!

We will be back, year after year to this amazing property. The location was incredible. The home was so lovely and we were all really comfortable and felt like it was a beautiful home away from home. Lovely furniture, it had everything we needed for a relaxed family holiday with friends. The deck was one of our favourite parts and we spent a lot of time out there just chilling and spending quality time with our families.
