The location of the villa is ideal for a holiday by the sea with a private beach, combined with numerous excursions. A romantic boat trip in the untouched delta of the Neretva, visits to the nearby islands of Korcula, Lopud, Medugorje, Hvar and Mljet. The Peljesac peninsula with its famous wines.

Brilliant location right on the waterfront and a short walk to the town of Klek with bars, restaurants and a supermarket so you don't need a car unless for day trips. The hosts were incredibly kind, hospitable and very helpful - many thanks, we had a great stay!

Gorgeous location and fantastic hosts

The property is all about location, location, location - with gorgeous views, its own private waterfront, crystal clear sea and easy access to both the restaurants and bars in Klek plus the wider Croatian coastline.A very relaxing and enjoyable stay, made all the better by our very welcoming and amenable hosts who were so generous and obliging. Great getaway

This was a great place for a relaxing stay. We were only able to stay a few days, but it was very nice. Our host met us when we arrived and was around to assist us in anyway that we needed.

Excellent Vacation

We had such an enjoyable time at this location. Zlatco was an excellent host and his generosity and knowledge made our stay even better. The location right on the water was fabulous and all the important sights were a day trip away. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to this area.

Wonderful relaxing vacation

The house sits in a spectacular pay with private dock and everything you need for a fantastic relaxing vacation. The water was very warm and we even saw dolphins in the bay. The house is well equipped and very nicely maintained. The outside spaces are fantastic with many chairs to relax. Zlatko was a very responsive and helpful host. I can only recommend this house!

Lovely house- best host ever

Super House same as in the description . And Zlatko is a real nice host! Super boat trip with live music, special mussels and fish lunch, pancakes and much more…. Nice place, only 2 little disadvantages: -everything in Klek is closed until beginning of June - nothing for environmentally conscious people...depending on the wind and current steam sometimes fuel, cleaning soap or other stuff in the sea…. But still a lot of fishes in the sea! Generally: thanks for all!

Wonderful house in a wonderful location

We are a family of five, with three teen/pre-teen daughters and we had a fantastic holiday here in July/August. The house is really lovely, inside and out. The bedrooms are upstairs, together with a kitchenette and a fantastic newly designed bathroom. There's also a terrace with fantastic views over the water and mountains opposite. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room with another bathroom and another terrace. The terrace leads down to a private platform straight on to the sea. We all loved this, and it was amazing to be in and out of the water all day as we wanted. Our hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, communication was excellent, and they gave us some great suggestions for places to visit as well as trips out in their boat. Klek itself, about 3 minutes walk, has everything we needed: several places to eat, a bakery, small supermarket and fruit and vegetable stall. In the other direction from the house, about 10 minutes walk, is another beach with a great beach restaurant (excellent pizza!). We cooked at the house about half the time, and ate out the other half. It was great for our children, as Klek is very safe and they had the independence to walk in by themselves and get ice creams, use the inflatable water park and buy souvenirs. There is a lot to explore in the area: we drove up into the mountains, and explored the peninsula and islands by driving over the new bridge. We all had the best holiday, and can't wait to return!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die gern mit Tips für Ausflüge unterstützten. Tolle Lage des Hauses mit privatem Zugang zum Meer und spektakulärer Aussicht. Oberes Bad neu und komfortabel, unteres schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, etwas wackelige Innentreppe.Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem wegen der Top Lage, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Zlatko avec qui nous avons eu un très bon contact. La maison est simple et propre et la mer est au pied de la maison ce qui est très pratique et agréable. Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréables.

Haus war weitestgehend wie beschrieben, Lage direkt am Meer top. Leider gab es im direkten Umfeld aufgrund der Nachsaison kaum noch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie, hatte bereits alles geschlossen. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man diese Info bei Buchung gehabt hätte. Zlatko der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und um seine Gäste bemüht. Leider fehlt dem Grundstück eine pflegende Hand.

Ein kleines Juwel in Klek

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer mit eigener Terasse und wunderschöner Aussicht. Zlatko und seine Frau sind sehr gastfreundlich und haben uns immer wieder überrascht mit tollen Aktivitäten (Ausleihen einer Angel, Muschelessen, Bootstour,...). Vielen Dank für alles! Traumurlaub in Klek

Das Haus Paula liegt mit direktem Zugang zum Mittelmeer, genau wie beschrieben. Das Haus hat drei Terrassen, wovon immer eine in der Sonne liegt. Wir waren in der Vorsaison da und hatten sehr angenehme Temperaturen, konnten sogar baden. Zlatko, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich und in einer sehr angenehmen Art um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen, ruhig und man kann sich an der schönen Aussicht gar nicht satt sehen. Mehr Nähe zum Meer geht nicht. Absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Sehr schöner Urlaub, Top Gastgeber

Wir haben in dem Haus von Zlatko zu sechst einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht. Top ist der direkte - private - Zugang zum Meer von der eigenen Terrasse aus. Der Gastgeber Zlatko war jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und stand zur Verfügung wenn wir mal ein kleines Problem hatten. Selbst bekocht wurden wir von ihm und seiner Frau - und sie ist offensichtlich eine sehr gute Köchin. Sein Boot konnten wir, auch tageweise und einer Probefahrt mit Zlatko, für einen fairen Preis mieten, um so etwas an der Küste entlang zu fahren. Insgesamt also absolut empfehlenswert.

Netter Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft hat vor allem den großen Vorteil über einen eigenen, privaten Meereszugang zu verfügen. Die Ausstattung an sich ist nicht durchgehend aller neuesten Datums, aber es wurde in Teilbereichen vor kurzem erst renoviert. In manchen Bereichen ließ die Reinigung nach den Vorbesitzern zu wünschen übrig, Bade- und Schlafzimmer waren allerdings sauber. Aufgrund des Grundrisses empfiehlt sich die Unterkunft vor allem für eine Familie oder allenfalls enge Freunde. Der Gastgeber ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zeitweise wohnt er mit seiner Familie selbst im obersten (nicht zu vermietenden) Stockwerk der Unterkunft.

Fabulous!

The location of this house is amazing- right on the shore, with a private sunbathing area and easy access for swimming etc. There is private parking available along the road. The property was extremely well presented, clean and spacious. Best of all, the hosts! Zlatos couldn't do enough to help, readily available to ensure that we had everything we needed and to provide local advice. He even provided a spread of delicious mussels and local wine, and took us out on his boat.. Highly recommended!

A beautiful stay in Klek

We stayed 3 weeks in Villa Paula in the early season (June 22) with 2 couples. The house is located about 100 meters from Klek center. Also, there is a very nice beach in the other direction. As stated already by many reviewers the location is perfect for swimming and relaxing on the terrace. The view on the sea through the nicely arranged flowers is unique. Over a dock in front of the terrace we had direct access to the sea (we even saw dolphins several times in the bay :-) The interior & equipment of the house is good, however, note that the room lay-out is may be not perfect for 2 parties. Little things missing (e.g. kitchen equipment) could be delivered soon. Zlatko is a very thoughtful host and is keen to deliver every request within 1-2 days. Also, he is very helpful with giving tips to explore the environment. He even supported us with going shopping. The only real concern was a missing washing machine but this was also delivered within a few days. Unfortunately the boat was in maintenance and only available the last days of the stay but Zlatko offered a boat trip to us anyway. Since we had issues with our shuttle transfer to the airport, Zlatko arranged a transfer for little money. Thanks for this wonderful stay at this nice place.
