Oceanfront Living at its Best
Step into this beautifully renovated property that has been professionally decorated. Top quality, comfortable furnishings offer you the best for your beach escape!
Two overstuffed chairs for ultimate relaxation and twin swivel chairs so you can watch the waves crash outside the large windows. Watch for passing dolphins.
Primary has a comfortable adjustable king bed and en-suite bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a bath across the hall.
Stream your favorite shows from three flat screen TV's. Comcast cable and internet.
Well equipped kitchen with both drip and Keurig coffee.
Beach towels, umbrellas, and cooler provided.
You may never want to leave!

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

Just the ticket!

This unit was fresh, clean, and cozy! The location very quiet, with a variety of wonderful restaurants nearby. It was just a short stroll down the path from the paring garage to a pristine beach. We left feeling rejuvenated after our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this unit.

We enjoyed it but should have called and complained about how hard all the beds were! Deal breaker!!

Great Vacation!!!

This condo is beautiful. The master bedroom shower is very small but not a big deal. We enjoyed our stay so much and plan to rent this condo again in the future. The only negative is there is only 1 parking space per condo at this complex. There are owner parking spaces and I wish that if you are renting and the owner has a space as well that you could rent that parking space from the owner as well so you would have 2 spaces.
