Two complete homes in one! 4 Bedrooms 4 baths overlooking fabulous Cane Bay Beach. One outdoor 1/2 bath near hammock and outdoor sink/bar for your use. Less than a mile to Cane Bay Beach. A smaller private beach is located at our main entrance. Beach options! 🏖
Sunbreeze Villa is a very secluded, grid tied solar-powered home and pool nestled on the lush side of Mt. Eagle along the stunning Cane Bay, on the lovely Caribbean island of St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. A modern home with island charm and marvelous ocean views. You can see St. Thomas, St. John, and the BVIs, all while being within minutes of award-winning beaches, bars, scuba diving and fine dining.
Sunbreeze Villa can accommodate up to 8 vacationing together yet allow for privacy with 4 bedrooms 4 full baths. Outdoor living space overlooking the glistening pool and Caribbean Sea. It has a lounge area with built-in day bed or Hammock for afternoon naps, teak reading chairs, hand-crafted wet bar, outdoor shower, teak dining table to seat 8, stainless gas grill, and relaxing pool lounges. The views are extremely beautiful!! Comfortably accommodates 8 guests max.
To the east, is SUNRISE Villa and to the west is SUNSET Villa. Villas have central great rooms with cathedral ceilings, full kitchens, master bedrooms with private baths, and upstairs 2 more bedrooms with private baths. All floors are tiled with Italian travertine. The front of each Villa faces the sea with a wall of 8 foot, all-glass, French doors that open to the Sun and Breeze, hence the name! Both great rooms and all bedrooms have lovely views of the sea.
***Sunbreeze Villa will only be rented to one reservation of 2-8 people at one time. No double-booking of multiple reservations at once during same dates to ensure privacy and total relaxation!!!

Fabulous

Absolutely stunning - this place is pure relaxation with views that make it impossible to leave. For a family of 5, we had way more space than we needed, but it was worth it for the pool and endless ocean views.

Another excellent stay!

This is our third stay in 3 and 1/2 years and we love Sunbreeze Villa and St. Croix so much. This place has become like a second home. I can’t say enough about how responsive the staff was during our stay. Michael was so helpful and responsive to our needs. We will be back!

Fantastic Villa

Everything from the well stocked villa, to the pristine pool, to the amazing ViEW, and the North Shore location was perfect. This was one of the best VRBO/vacation rentals we have ever had. The owner was very attentive and helpful. Definitely 5+ stars!

Our group of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this amazing villa overlooking Cane Bay. The villa had everything we needed and then some. We had amazing ocean views from the pool and from every room in the house! The hosts were very helpful and gave us lots of information prior to arrival. We will definitely be coming back and staying here again in the future!

Views from the house were amazing and we loved the house. It was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at in our past 20 years of visiting. The pool was great and everything worked really well. Ashley our Booking Liaison was very helpful to accommodate every request we had.Directions to the house were excellent (especially wide turn :-) . Highly recommend to rent an all-wheel or four-wheel car so it is easy to get to the house.Thank you.

A slice of Paradise!

Sunbreeze Villa is truly a magical place. Every aspect of this home is designed for beauty, comfort and relaxation. It was hard to tear ourselves away from the Villa to explore the island and activities! The owner, Jessie and manager, Larry were so friendly and responsive to any questions we had and made us feel welcome and right at home. We can’t wait to make plans to come stay again!

Amazing!

Michael, the property manager, was amazing and very on top of it! Prior to arriving, he contacted us to tell us that he would meet us to bring us to the property to show us how things worked and where everything was at the property. I requested pool noodles and he made sure to have those at the house for us. When we arrived, he asked if we needed to go to the grocery store, and gave us very detailed, easy directions, and met us there. Perfect welcoming! The property is located in a fantastic area with beaches and local bar and grills… our favorite is The Landing! The property has everything you need from hair dryer to curling irons, shampoo and conditioner, all kitchen items, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Beautiful scenery as shown in my pictures! Great place to stay!

Cane Bay Paradise

Our family of six (four kids from 6-13) had an outstanding time at SunBreeze Villa. Incredibly convenient location with 4 restaurants, a dive shop, and the best beach on the island right there! The view from the property is breathtaking, and the pool was a great place for an afternoon dip after spending the day on the beaches. The house had everything we needed and more - really appreciate the extra things like beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, snorkeling gear, the "honor" bar, and all the spices and cooking supplies you would need. Overall a great stay and will be back!

Dream Stay

We loved everything about Sunbreeze Villa. The setting is idyllic, and the views spectacular. The property is extremely well equipped, with pretty much everything you might need right at hand. The host, Jessie, was super helpful and a real pleasure to work with. As first time St. Croix visitors, we loved the Cane Bay location. It's much more green and lush - and much less developed - than the East End, where many vacation rentals are located. We are already planning our next visit.

Heaven in the Sky

The pictures and video of Sunbreeze Villa do NOT do it justice! Like the Grand Canyon, you have to experience it. The property is not too high and not too low - perfect site chosen for this wonderful house. Constant breezes and sound of the surf well below made this one of our favorite destinations ever. All the amenities you need with an excellent property manger that was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend whether you take one bedroom or all of them!

What a beautiful place to stay. This place is so clean and very inviting. We had some issues. The manager Larry was awesome, he did all he could to fix our problems we had. Incredibly beautiful and relaxing property

My family of 5 (with 3 kids) stayed in this gorgeous, comfortable, and clean property for a week. We had more than enough space for all of us. The views of the ocean and sunsets are spectacular. Having the pool was priceless. We would spend time relaxing at the pool in the morning and then venture out to the beach in the afternoon. Cane Bay was quiet, and we enjoyed The Landing restaurant for several meals as well as a nice dinner at nearby Ama at Cane Bay. We shopped at the big grocery by the airport and cooked many meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Any questions we had were quickly answered by management. We loved our stay and highly recommend this property.

Great north shore house on STX!

This is a great property and we very much enjoyed our stay. We actually live on St. Croix so are pretty picky when it comes to a "staycation" location. This house is private, has an amazing view, a pool and a flexible set up depending on how many people you have. The beds were comfy, the covered outdoor living space was some of the best part as well as the views. There is AC, but we didn't use it, breeze was sufficient. Property manager was responsive and accommodating. The north shore of St. Croix is a great part of the island and this place is a convenient location to beaches, restaurants, hiking, etc. As with anywhere on STX, a car is pretty essential. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous escape!

The view from this home would be enough to make it worth every penny! This home is gorgeous inside and out. We went with my in-laws and 2 daughters and the set up was perfect! Our girls stayed upstairs while my in-laws were able to stay in the opposite side of the villa. We were sharing space, but it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The pool was great to stay cool when we were ready to take a break from the beach. This location is close to some great restaurants and just minutes from Cane Bay beach which was the nicest we visited while we were there. The best part of this home, though, was that it was a little escape if you wanted it to be. If you grab food a market and just stayed there the duration of your stay, you’d be able to enjoy the gorgeous view and never know there was a bustling streets right below you.

Splendid Stay

This was a wise selection as the property offered everything and more. The North Shore near Cane Bay has always been my favorite part of the island as a result of the diving and splendid views. Finding a villa that offered easy access and commanding views has only enhanced that perspective. I especially appreciated how well the Villa was stocked with necessities. This was very helpful and convenient. It was clean and functional and my family of four each had a private room and bath. The pool was also a pleasant extra and we spent much if our time simply gazing out over the Carribean from this particular vantage point. I would not hesitate to return. It has everything and more. I am already checking the calendar with the hope of a repeat experience. If I had to nitpick, I would say that phone service is a challenge so plan to schedule calls when closer into town - either Fredrickstad or Christianstad. But even with that said, the internet worked well and I was able to keep up with my work commitments. You will not be disappointed with this location. I recommend it without hesitation.

We had such an amazing time. This was the first family vacation my partner and I took with our respective children. They ranged in ages from 7-17. There was room for everyone to have their own space while also having such a great middle outdoor area that we could hang out as a family. The pool was delightful. It was close to Cane Beach. My partner and his daughter made good use of the close dive shop. It was simply perfect. And, the hosts were super attentive as we stayed during Hurricane Erin. No problems whatsoever, but they were attentive and proactive.

The property was amazing. The views wonderful, beds comfortable. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We loved the quiet location on the island. The only negative thing was the large curve in the driveway that was in terrible shape, and difficult to get up, holes and gravel. We did learn where to go to make it up, but has a lot of reviews stated it was not fun. And we live on a mountain so steep was not new to us. But it aside from that it really is wonderful.

One of the nicest places to stay

Beautiful views of the North Shore. House was wonderful. Couldn’t have a better location. Definitely need a four Wheel drive vehicle. Restaurants were nearby despite its seemingly remote location.
