We purchased this property rented only for winter for the past 2 seasons ago-like new. We took great care to maintain a "beach theme" . We absolutely love the short walk to Vanderbilt Beach- the Privacy and the community feel of the location as well as all the amenities Naples has to offer.
Why they chose this property
After visiting Naples several times we understand why they call it the Paradise Coast and decided it would be a great place to vacation. Aside from the weather and the beach- there is easy proximity to Old Naples, Sanibel, Captiva Island, Close by shopping.
The Mercato (about 1 mile away) offers superior dining experiences, Nightlife, Movie Theater and a great atmosphere
