Our beautiful 'Vivante', perfectly located in stunning Pearl Beach and only a 10 minute flat stroll to the pristine beach, shops, cafe, ocean pool and restaurants is just waiting to be discovered by you, your friends and family. Vivante is very much loved by its owners, friends and family and we know it will be special to you also. The home enjoys an abundance of charming beauty and genuine ambience and features polished timber floors, three bedrooms and an open plan lounge dining and kitchen bathed in sunshine. Positioned in the peaceful community and neighbourhood of Pearl Beach, Vivante is the perfect vacation for a relaxing and quiet retreat and only a ten minute drive to Patonga, Umina and Ettalong Beach town centre's offering an array of activities, cafes and restaurants for the family to enjoy. Master bedroom has a queen bed and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 and 3 both contain 2 single beds in each and wardrobes. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area, suitable for small children

Dirty and noisy, poorly equiped.

Outside was full of spiders and old spider webs, was scary, took me 1/2hr to clean before the kids would go inside, broken heater and tap, BBQ was completely rusted with rat poo on it, no light in one of the bedrooms, the kids socks were black after one night inside. Construction next door with tradies loud music and banging from 7am till 3pm everyday. Though the handyman came next day to clean up and fixed the problems, our first day was a complete disaster, worse impression ever. The house is also smaller than the photos shown. Nobody should start they holiday like this. Really not worth the dollars. We did get a small refund, although we didn't think it was fare, better then nothing though. The management was helpful and polite, but we are scarred from this property.

Pleasant stay but important things should be included.

For the price a bit disappointing. No curtains or blind in one bedroom. Kitchen utensils missing. A lot of dust and dirt, we wonder why we paid a cleaning fee. No wifi. No linen included.
