King Bed in a Beach View Efficiency - Sumptuously clean condo with a partial ocean view directly from your balcony. Experience the gorgeous oceanfront Bay Watch Resort in the heart of North Myrtle Beach at a very affordable price with NO RESORT FEES. The condo is sanitized with Microban between each traveler visit by our professional cleaning service. The Resort boasts: 18 accessible pools and spas, the largest pool deck on the Grand Strand, the only Resort where the beach is lighted at night, has two first class restaurants on-site as well as a tiki pool bar and ice cream located in the Gift Shop, oversized parking lot to accommodate oversized vehicles, golf cart parking-lockable bike rack and a recently remodeled fitness center. Enjoy the wide, white sandy beaches, and numerous activities for everyone from 100+ golf courses to para-sailing, from live music shows to zip lines, from water parks to aquariums and from world famous dinners to exquisite sea food.

CONDO
This one room condo is located in Tower 3 on the quiet seventh floor. The condo sleeps 4. It has a king bed in the bedroom area and a new futon sleeper sofa in the living area complete with sanitized linens that are freshly made up for you. The Beach Condo has a new smart TV with premium stations, free Wi-Fi and board games. The remodeled kitchen has a microwave, full fridge, electric griddle, crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, double electric burner, blender and eating utensils. Also included is a hair dryer, iron, sunscreen, boogie boards, beach chairs and noodles. It is so well stocked that you do not even need a toothbrush.

PACKAGES
If traveling with children, we offer some convenient Beach and Swimming Packages. ‘Fun In the Sun 1’ package includes: kids goggles, beach towel, water wings, sand toys and even sunscreen. ‘Big Beach Pkg 2’ includes: boogie board, bigger goggles and snorkel, beach towel, noodle and sunscreen. ‘Beach Games Pkg 3’ includes: frisbee, nerf football, beach ball, beach towel and sunscreen. These packages are for you to use and take home with you. Let us know how many you would like us to have ready for you when you check in (no shopping or delivery charges).

DISCOUNTS
Discounts for certain monthly stay are automatically calculated. Snow birds welcome. Email me for extended stay specials. Locals can book also. No residents restrictions. March stay

We stayed for 5 days for my nieces softball tournament in North Myrtle Beach. It was a really nice room. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and could have been higher from the ground. We loved the view and accessibility to the ocean. The parking garage was extremely convenient but we wished there was more handicap parking. Overall, very pleased and would stay there again.

Why they chose this property

It is on the beach. Great amenities at this large resort. Great location in North Myrtle Beach - Barefoot Landing, two different Tanger Outlet malls, close to airport, Conventions, sports, shows, outdoor activities and great restaurants. The Myrtle Beach area, called the "seaside golf capital of the world" because it harbors over 100 golf courses, also claims to be the "miniature golf capital of the world," owing to its 50+ miniature golf courses.

What makes this property unique

Don't need to leave the resort. Onsite restaurants, onsite sports bar, onsite beach bar with live entertainment (seasonal), ice cream shop, 18 water amenities both indoor and out. Free covered beach parking. And did I mention...it's ON THE BEACH
