Come enjoy North Myrtle Beach and this twelfth floor ocean view efficiency condo with a view to the ocean and the city from its balcony. The condo is located at Bay Watch resort north tower on Ocean Boulevard. Two full size beds, TV, Kitchenette that includes stove top and cookware, wireless and wired internet connection.

You and your friends or family will spend days of enjoyment at the resort and its amenities including indoor/outdoor pools and whirlpools, indoor/outdoor lazy rivers. There is an on-site restaurant, tiki bar, sports bar, gift shop and fitness center.

Bay Watch is conveniently located to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. You can get to Barefoot Landing in five minutes, and to Broadway at the Beach in 20 minutes. The resort is close to Alabama Theater, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Colonial Mall and Tanger Outlets. North Myrtle Beach is a golfing paradise with over 140 golf courses in the area. Elaborate, themed miniature golf is abundant throughout the area.

Towels and linens included for your stay. Onetime charge of $60 departure cleaning per stay and $25 per day for linens and towels service if desired.

Upon making this reservation, the listing says this property has a stove, and drip coffee pot. Just before we left to travel to the condo, we received a message stating there is no stove only a hot plate and a toaster oven.of course i was frustrated but it was such late notice I couldn't find anything to replace. We arrive and there is no stove and no drip coffee pot. The coffee pot is a keurig pot. Imagine my frustration with having to purchase filters and ground coffee like I was told to do. The mattress covers were gross and the small couch was just as bad. I have pictures. There were supposed to be 4 place settings. There were no plates (only some reopened Styrofoam plates). A coffee cup (none matched) had grease on it when I pulled it from the cabinet. The hand soap in the bathroom was watered down to the point it splattered all over the mirror and myself when I went to pump it on my hands. This is a cute little place but really should have been much more than it was. Clean beds, dishes and furniture and having at least the right coffee set up that we were told to be prepared for would've been nice. Also, 2 pools were down while we were there. So the 1 pool was VERY crowded.

Just the right size, clean and owner was awesome to work with. Went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay in MB. My only complaints were the beds and bed linens. Old sheets that didn't match and beds were flimsy and noisy. Great view and location. Would recommend and will stay there again.

Thanks for staying at the condo and the positive review. I strive to get 5 starts on all my reviews. This is the first time I get a comment on bed sheets color as well as the bedframes. I just changed the mattresses but not the frames which might be the issue. I will address this issue and replace the frames and also take care of the sheets color to match for both beds. The condo is very nice and clean.

The condo is very nice and clean. The towels were nice and plush. We had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing we did not like was the distance to the parking garage which was on the other side of the complex of 3 tower--it was maybe a block and a half. We were in the furthest tower. With so many people checking in at one time, we could not get to the location to unload or use one of the luggage carts. Next time I would arrive earlier. We left well before check-out time to use the loading/unloading area and to avoid the jam in the garage.

We were pleased with all aspects of our Studio Condo. From the arrival to departure, no problems with the room itself. Much better that same style of room on lower floors. Key pad entry was nice. The owner had made every effort to have everything needed except food and beach towels. I would stay again. Just a FYI, our relatives stayed in the same size room, on the 9th floor, 3 floors under us. The owner jammed a sofa sleeper and chair in the same space and advertised it as sleeping 6. It didn't work. Don't think it will. This room was perfect for 2, it might work for 2 adults and 2 small children, maybe. But it was perfect for 2, had a great time, good view, A/C, clean, furnished.

Excellent - As Advertised!

We were very pleased with our stay in this unit. It is extremely convenient to the elevator, yet tucked in a private corner. The room was cleaned and well-stocked with everything we could need - including paper products and disposable items to use for eating. The balcony had a wonderful view of the ocean, and of the streets around the resort - beautiful at night! We stayed with our two young children who also enjoyed the room! The bathroom was large and clean, and the kitchen area was clean as well. We appreciated the included beach chairs! They worked perfectly to take down to the beach each day! We have NO complaints about the room! The resort itself was good. We did notice the pools were not maintained as well as we had hoped, but with the large number of people visiting, that's a hard job. There were many pools to choose from, and many of them were heated to help in the chilly, windy evening air. Our tip is to NOT arrive near check-in time! Parking in the deck was dicey, and it took quite a while to unload. Next time, we'll wait until evening. We will absolutely be renting this unit again!!! Five stars!
