WELCOME TO AWARD WINNING WATERFRONT RESORT LIVING ON FLORIDA'S LAST PRIVATE ISLAND. Introducing Marina Walk at One Particular Harbour. THIS UNIQUE 3 bedroom unit has DIRECT SUNSET VIEWS. This three -bedroom residence features a king in the spacious master suite and king in the guest bedroom. A double and a twin are in the 3rd bedroom. A large granite island kitchen and dining area is great for entertaining of any size.
Features comfortable seating in the living room with large flat screen. TV's also in all three bedrooms. Appliances include a dishwasher, disposal, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, range, refrigerator, and large walk-in closets, Enjoy the outside relaxing on your screened lanai with patio table and chairs. Breathtaking sunset views of Anna Maria Sound.

Anna Maria Island was named one of the Sunshine State's "10 Best Secret Beaches" by USA Today/10 Best. com and one of only four "Old, Classic Florida" destinations by the Wall St. Journal. A large mangrove preserve on the east side. Marina Walk Resort in Harbour Isle offers easy access to Sarasota and Tampa via US 41 and I-75.

Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is scheduled to open in 2020.

LONG TERM Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Conveniently located close to everything shopping, restaurants and the free Island Trolley. Additional guest charges may apply.

Rates are based on a six (6) person occupancy. Seventh person charge is $25 per day.

Beautiful, spacious property with incredible sunsets overlooking the water. Had every amenity I needed and provided the kind of quiet atmosphere you get in a gated enclave. I'd like to stay for a month sometime.

Such a lovely place

Family Vacation

The property was as described, clean and very beautiful. Honestly have zero complaints. From the beautiful views behind the screened in porch to storage unit below with beach chairs, coolers and wagon all for our use. Nicely located for a short drive to the local beach or a short drive anywhere else to explore. Our family will be back!

One Particular Harbor Stay

The unit itself is pristine, one of the best we have ever stayed in. Clean, new and stocked with all necessities. The covered parking spot was great if you have an open top car. The only downfall is the unit is on the first floor and I could hear the bathroom being used, footsteps, and talking in the unit above both day and night.

This was an exceptional unit! It was perfect for us because it was really close to everything while being situated in a very quiet community. Extremely clean. It was furnished with high-end everything ... from the towels to the sheets to the kitchen accessories. Beautiful view from the master bedroom and the lanai. Great place for family gathering

I'm temporarily staying in an apartment and wanted a place for my family to spend time and be comfortable to interact over Thanksgiving.. This property was perfect! We spent Thanksgiving week and only brought our clothes and food. Everything else was provided. The sunsets were beautiful and the accommodations were exquisite. I actually tried to book this location for Christmas too, but it wasn't available. Definitely recommend!.

Amazing stay

The condo definitely exceeded our expectations, we loved it! It’s professionally furnished and decorated, very spacious, and immaculately clean. The view was my favorite part, it is amazing, and much better than what I was expecting, unobstructed view of the whole bay/intercoastal, facing directly west, so perfect views of the sunsets. Only a few of the rental units offer this view. The furniture, mattresses and bedding were very comfortable. The huge sliding glass patio doors stack and open up all the way, and the screened in patio is huge. Condo feels brand new. We had no issues. The amenities were great, our kids (3&4) loved the pool and splash pad. We rented a golf cart to get to and from the island, about a 10’-15’ drive to Bean Point. Overall I would definitely stay here again, and would love to rent it for a month so we can use the other amenities in the community which seem great, but we couldn’t access.

Upon arrival, the unit was not cleaned to our standards. The Floor & counters were dirty. Not even wiped down. The master bed had sand or crumbs on the sheets. We spend about 3 to 4 hours cleaning and washing the master bed sheets. Tried calling Wagner Realty on a Saturday afternoon. The answering service stated not clean enough was not an emergency but they would leave a message and we should receive a call the first business day (Monday). On Monday Wagner Realty called and apologized. A new temporary cleaning crew was used. Wagner sent over a supervisor and someone to clean. Other than that, the Condo is great. Lots of room, minutes to the beach and a great view of the intercostal waterway and sunsets. Very nicely decorated. Would rent this condo again.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write the review. Upon your EARLY arrival the unit was still being cleaned. The cleaner that was assigned to the unit had taken the laundry out due to the excessive amount of sheets and towels left in the unit, as well as comforters that needed to be washed. When the cleaner returned she noticed you had already settled in the unit, therefore no further cleaning etc. was done. This is our policy and its also explained in the contract. After we received a call we wanted to assure you that we if there was anything that was needed to be done we would have it taken care of. Nice complex overall

This was a good space for hosting our group for a girls trip to the beach. The space was clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen had plenty of useful pans and utensils. The main living area was spacious and open. Definitely need to plan for your own spices, including salt and pepper, as there was none of that on site. Also note: 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, not a twin and a full, which was stated in the description. Kids enjoyed the pool area, though it was smaller than it appeared in pictures and water in pool was quite warm. We were SO thankful for the great storage area that has beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and sand toys. That was a great help!! A couple challenges we faced: instructions for getting into the gate of the complex were vague and we struggled the first night getting in. We called and worked it out, but took some extra time after a long travel day. Also, not sure is it was the specific time of year we visited, but there was a very distinctive smell outside the property that was very fishy. That smell kept us from being able to enjoy the screened in patio area. We did not smell this when we went over to Anna Maria Island, but it was notable around the complex, which is located next to a bay. Overall, we had a great time on our visit!

More than expected!

We looked at the online listing but it didn’t give the total picture of what this property offers or it’s setting and perfect location to so many things to do within 5-10 minutes. The property had beach chairs, pop up canopy for the beach along with cooler and beach towels. The unit was so tastefully decorated and taken care of. The unit was also very clean. The surroundings of the property are well taken care of and beautiful along with secure. Would definitely love to rent this unit agin next year.

Amazing Place!

The property is well-situated to the beach as well as shopping and dining options. Also, very quiet and relaxed area. Only complaint is the lack of recycling services at the property - we had to locate recycling drop-off locations in the Bradenton area which was a bit of a headache.
