The pool and hot tub are amazing and the whole backyard was a great area for the whole family to relax together. The house is large and comfortable for larger groups. We had 8 staying of us but there was room for more to sleep comfortably. We stayed at this house 3 years ago and they had made some improvements to the property to make things better since our last stay which shows they are investing in the property to keep making things better.

Our family of 8 found this a perfect place for a hot weekend in Queen Creek. Although we had some pool issues the owners were very responsive and sent the pool company out. The kitchen was generally well stocked. We appreciated the crib for our grandchild. We will plan another trip in the future!

It was THE BEST

We all LOVED our stay at Sheila's place! Our extended family (11 people, 3 families) thought it was perfect. The pool was super fun with the slide and waterfall, the beds were super comfy, everything was clean, the kitchen was stocked with needed cooking equipment and most importantly, Sheila answered any question I had right away. We had some confusion with heating the pool, but the way she handled it really made it not a problem for us. Highly recommend!

Backyard family fun!

Despite a variety of issues we had with the property, my extended family and I enjoyed our week long stay. The owner was very responsive and had maintenance there quickly to address our concerns. The house could use a deep cleaning, inside and out, along with some updated kitchen supplies. Overall a great family vacation!

Everything was great except for the tv situation. Only one tv accepted our log in The remaining 4 we were unable to connect with. The kids camped out in the family room with the only working tv. The backyard was awesome with the big pool and spa. It was great fun despite the tv issue.

Relaxing

The house was super clean & welcoming. It has great art around the home, plenty of room for everyone including bathrooms. Great neighborhood stores are close. I didnt realize it costs extra for the hot tub that I think should have been included considering the price of the rental. Nevertheless the pool area is wonderful we spent alot of time outside plenty of room for everyone. It does get rather hot when the sun blazes down on you in the afternoon. Comfortable beds, the master bedroom bed was wonderful & very comfy. Best sleep I've had in along time. I would rent this home again.

We love to spend time with family (especially our three grown children) and friends! Our relax time is in our home away from home in Arizona.Love to travel and see other countries and cultures, which totals 38 countries so far. Love a fabulous meal and a great beverage!

Why they chose this property

We bought out in San Tan Valley for location! Close enough to amenities but also peaceful. You can see some of the top things to do in Phoenix area within 15 minutes of the house. Great hiking and biking in the San Tan Mountain park!

What makes this property unique

This property is great for family’s getting together. It is layed out well enough that you are not in each other’s space. I come from a large family so I know how that can be on holiday! The bedrooms are large and all have a queen size bed except the master which has a king! The backyard has a pool that is larger then most pools with a waterfall that you can swim under and a slide into the pool! Also outside is a chipping and putting green!
