The spacious villa is located on a hill near the sea and offers a 180 ° sea view. 4000m² of land with olive trees and large terraces ensure an undisturbed holiday. On 320m² you will find six separate accessible bedrooms (one with outside access) with private bathroom and a 70m² living / dining area including a fully equipped kitchen (totally renewed 2024). A separate utility room (additional refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, sink) and a garage to facilitate the self-catering. All bedrooms and living/dining aerea have air conditioning.
Daily service can be organized. You can use the barbecue for romantic evenings.
The villa is fully refurbished to offer elegant and modern design. Large pergolas provides shade and plenty of space to unwind. Private pool with a pergola and sun beds

Super Lage nahe bei Naussa mit einem großen Garten und keine störenden Nachbarn. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und weit darüber hinaus großzügig ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Tischwäsche, Handtücher, teilweise Lebensmittel, ....
