About this property

Two bedroom apartment with covered balcony and front terrace

We welcome you to our 2 bedroom apartment with private balcony overlooking the pool. It´s the perfect place for a family of four.

We do provide baby bed, high chair (on request and subject to availability), washing machine, hair dryer, towels, bed linen.

The nice spacious balcony has sofa seating and table & chairs.

Everything is so close that You can walk to the beach, harbour, supermarket, restaurants, bars etc

La Concha beach with nice sandy lagoons is only 100 m away, supermarket also just around the corner - less than 3 min walking distance.

Perfect for children of all ages-especially for the little ones :)

Open Kitchen with dining table, fridge, freezer, oven, stove, coffee maker,kettle,toaster...

MASTER BEDROOM
There is a queen bed ( 150cm x 200cm) with built in wardrobe.

Brand new mattress and bed linen provided.

SECOND BEDROOM
There are 2 single beds beds with built in wardrobe. Bed linen provided.

BATHROOM
has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, mirror and of course we provide you with hand soap, shower gel,toilet paper, towels.

Newly refurbished swimming pool only for the guests of our complex, its never crowded. There is also a children pool, sunbeds and shower.


The complex is very relaxed and easy going, the guests come here to take a rest from the stress on the mainland, that is why loud music and parties after 10pm are forbidden-please respect that, sit down have a cool drink and enjoy the peace around you.
