Pet Friendly Vacation Wonderland On Dutch Bill Creek 1 Mile To Monte Rio Beach

Sweet Creek is nestled between the quaint towns of Monte Rio and Occidental and is walking distance to Monte Rio Redwoods Regional Park and Open Space Preserve. The Preserve has several miles of trails winding through redwood and Douglas fir forests, the 515-acre park is a destination for hiking, mountain biking and picnicking.
We are also just about one mile from Monte Rio Beach.
Our house sits on a level 1/3 acre lot which is fully fenced for the safety of your pets and children. There are baby gates to close off the deck from the stairs going down to the yard.
Sweet Creek sleeps 6 , with 3 bedrooms and a futon in the living room.

There is a bedroom with a King size bed , skylight and private deck. A second bedroom with a Sleep Number Queen size bed and a smart flat screen TV. The Creek Side bedroom has a skylight, Queen bed with sliding glass door that opens onto the creek side deck.

The kitchen has granite counters & gas stove / oven. It is fully equiped including coffee maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker, eletric gritle, microwave, a full complement of pots and pans, silverware and dishes. There's a large pass through to the dining room over looking the seasonal creek.
The Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and a large wood electric fireplace heater. There's an air conditioner unit in the window.
We offer X-finity high speed internet and a work station

There is a large wrap around creekside deck with a table, stools and BBQ for your outside enjoyment. Also gas fire ring, picnic table, hammock and lounge chairs.

When the creek is running you can see a variety of ducks as well as other wild life in the area. This fantastic location keeps you in the heart of 'wine county' close to redwoods, the ocean and of course the Russian River.
Please note our standard rate is for 4 adults.
There is a $25 fee per additional person for each night.
