Due to its location, it has a unique and privileged view. It dominates the sea, being the last house in the left tip of Geribá, with the most beautiful sunset of Búzios.
All suites / rooms have views of the sea and Geribá beach. Gardens, pond with pond, waterfall and illuminated fountains. There are 3 250-square-meter living and dining areas with 2 tables for 6 people each with 50-inch LED TVs with Home Theater, Wi-Fi and fireplace overlooking the pool and ocean.
All suites have the latest generation split air conditioning. The house is equipped with bed linen, table and bath of excellent quality.
The house was a subject in the Italian magazine BravaCasa, in the series "La piu bella casa del mundo", in other words, "The Best Houses in the World", with 8 pages of photos and text entitled 'Um eden sur l'ocean' "An Eden over the Ocean".
