Location Pitangueiras beach at 200mts from the sea, next to the Sítio Laranjeiras and Avelinos restaurants.
Simple fit, for those who want to enjoy the beach. Living room with TV, sofa and 2 armchairs, ceiling fan, and table fan, table with 6 chairs, mirrors.
Kitchen: refrigerator, stove, microwave, water filter, blender, table with 2 stools, cabinets with dishes, pots, cutlery.
Bedrooms: Both with 2 single beds and ceiling fan plus 2 single mattresses.
Bathrooms: Both with showers.

Foi boa a estadia, ponto negativo : a entrada para o condomínio é pela rua dos fundos, quando chegamos não tinha vaga para estacionar e fazer o check-in, um desce e o carro continua dando volta no quarteirão, para entrar no estacionamento do condomínio é outra volta no quarteirão.

A localização é boa!

Fiquei insegura de depositar todo o montante da estadia na conta corrente da proprietária... Mas ela existia (Márcia O.) e o apto era dela - que alívio! Ela pareceu ser simpática. Atenciosamente elaborou o contrato e a autorização para a entrada no prédio com rapidez e presteza! O prédio fica bem perto da praia Pitangueiras - perto ainda da divisa Pitangueiras e Astúrias - e também de variado comércio. O apto é bem simples, bem como a mobília, e não tem a vista da foto. O entorno são outros prédios mesmo, mas da pequena sacada tem uma vista parcial da rua. Também não encontramos canal pago de televisão e nem wi-fi. Ah, mas tem muitos utensílios para quem vai cozinhar, panos de chão e de prato, toalha de mesa... Enfim, se não precisa de luxo e o foco é passar o dia fora... atende a estadia. O andar é alto - 14. - e não tem tela de proteção. Vale também lembrar que não tem ar-condicionado, apenas ventiladores. Não tem cama de casal, quanto juntá-las não deu certo, pois não é box... A vaga da garagem é sistema rotativo, estaciona-se onde houver disponibilidade... Os profissionais são educados e atenciosos. Tem serviço de praia - não usei porque fomos para outras praias. A noite é possível ir caminhando até a feirinha que fica na Pitangueiras. Na primeira quinzena das férias de janeiro/2018 tinham vários patrulhamentos e foi uma ótima estadia.

Excelente Apartamento

Tive a oportunidade de passar o carnaval neste apartamento com um grupo de amigos, o apartamento é muito aconchegante, tem praticamente tudo o que você precisa, uma ótima localização, bem próximo a praia, padaria, supermercado e lanchonetes, os porteiros super simpáticos e disponibiliza um serviço de praia também, e a proprietária bem atenciosa e prestativa, recomendo e voltarei assim que possível, obrigado Márcia.

Nossos dias foram maravilhosos....há tempos estávamos combinando de ir pra praia e quando finalmente decidimos tivemos a sorte de encontrar esse apartamento perfeito. Feriado Prolongado com a Família

Tive um maravilhoso feriado prolongado ao lado de minha família neste apartamento! A proprietária foi muito atenciosa e a recepção dos funcionários também foi ótima!
