Apt located on the main avenue of PRAIA DO FUTURO, just one hundred meters from the CHICO DO CRABANJO tent and 20 minutes from the Beach Park. Full kitchen (stove, oven, utensils), TV, Wi-Fi, Air conditioning The condominium has 24 hour concierge, lifts, ample parking, recreation area equipped with pool, deck w / barbecue, sports court, sand court and playground for children.
The main point of reference is the Atlantidz Tent, which is in front of the condominium. In 5 minutes walk you will find grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, acai, etc and all very close. Within a 5km radius you will have access to Rio Mar Shopping Mall, Localiza e Movida and larger supermarkets.
We are 25 minutes from Pinto Martins Airport and approximately 30 min from the city center.
