This house is perfect for your next vacation getaway or longer term stay. Beautiful hardwood floors, a well appointed kitchen and a butlers Pantry are just a few of the amenities. Large bedrooms and both bathrooms have been completely redone. 3 blocks from the U of A Basketball and the Football Stadium. Fully fenced back yard. This is a fantastic home in a great neighborhood.

Lovely house close to the Universary.

Super clean, comfortable and cute house in the Sam Hughes Historic District. Everything was perfect for us. 2 comfortable beds, lovely sheets and towels and everything we needed for some meals “at home”. Great location for visiting the University. Plenty of parking. Bery responsive host. Hope to visit again.

Relaxing Cute Home

My daughter was auditioning for the dance team and I wanted a quiet relaxing home to stay in for the weekend instead of a chaotic hotel. This home was perfect and felt like a home away from home. Fully stocked with anything we needed. Thanks Brenda

Just right!

Very comfortable home. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay. We were there for the Book festival so it was great to be within walking distance to the University. Pretty neighborhood to walk around.

Nice stay in Tucson

This was our 3rd place that we utilized during our stay in Tucson. Nice place, safe neighborhood. Good location near the University. Overall - good place to stay.

I 'm a real estate agent and have had this home as a rental. I have always thought it would be the perfect getaway as it is so close to the U of A and Downtown. There are lots of great restaurants many within walking distance. This is a fun place to be. Sometimes in the evenings you can hear the band practicing if your outside. This home has great energy and we have poured lots of love and care into it.

Why they chose this property

This is a charming home so close to the football stadium and all the energy of the University. The streetcar is just a short walk away with access to all of the downtown. Great home to ditch the driving and just enjoy the surroundings.
