Historic Rincon Heights 3BR / 2BA home with parking. A great central location which is conveniently located to many local great tasting restaurants and local shopping malls, local farmers market, Downtown Tucson / 4th Avenue venues, Tucson Convention Center and The University of Arizona.
Enjoy the convenience of nearby shopping and the close proximity to local attractions, Art museums, Children's museum, The Tucson Convention Center and The Fox Theater just to name a few. Plus for the young brave and youngsters there are endless outdoor and indoor activities like trail hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, indoor sports gyms, indoor rock climbing, indoor BMX and stake park, indoor hang gliding and many more fun activities.
Free designated parking spaces are provided. One parking space is off street parking and the other is curbside parking. Please place the parking pass on the rearview mirror or on the dashboard. Please return the parking pass before checking out. There is a $200 fee for if the parking pass is lost or not returned.
