Seasons 1850 is the ideal Colorado getaway for family and friends. Equipped for time together–there's the well-stocked kitchen, open concept living, TV, and plenty of room to spread out. The home offers room for everyone: three bedrooms/3 baths, and amazing deck with mountain and river views. A beautiful 1/4 mile walk around the lake to the Keystone Conference Center. This condo is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. Deck overlooks Snake River.

Seasons 1850 is located in the Lakeside Village neighborhood of Keystone Resort. This tranquil home is nestled in the spruce trees, overlooks Snake River and is a short walk from Keystone Lake. We are a free shuttle ride to Colorado's famed resorts, trails, and natural wonders. And we're just 6.9 miles to Arapahoe Basin, the first slopes to open in the fall and very last North American mountain to close each year!

Summit County offers some of the most diverse terrain available in the world. Enjoy world-class downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, tubing, sledding, sleigh rides, snowshoeing, dog sledding, festivals, hiking, fishing, local theater, concerts, outlet shopping, and more.

But by far, the best-kept secret in Summit County is that there's actually more to do in the summer than in the winter! Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 years old. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the house and contents-it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.

Unless otherwise noted, properties are not pet friendly. However, Service Dogs must be allowed by law. Some owners have pets and bring them to their properties (cats and dogs). Therefore, most properties have had animals present at some time or another. Please be aware of this as it relates to your personal health.



We Highly recommend AWD or 4WD drive vehicles during winter months.



Unless otherwise noted, this property, like most others in Summit County, does NOT have Air Conditioning.
