Great condo, great location

We were only able to stay one night, but loved the condo unit. It was clean, spacious and decorated well. Located right next to Keystone Lake and in a very walkable, beautiful area.

Hot tub could have been hotter, but overall pool was fine.No salt in kitchen, but 8 pepper shakers ... go figure.Parking left a bit to be desired. We have three cars, but given only one spot. The apartment was tight. Climbing 40 steps to access it was a drag. The bedroom layout was not good. We wouldn't stay here again unless it was our only choice.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you were able to enjoy the pool overall, but we’re sorry certain aspects of the stay did not meet your expectations. We do want to note that the hot tub temperature and elevator are managed by the building’s HOA and are outside of our direct control, though we’re always happy to pass along concerns to them. Parking availability is also determined by the building, and the allotted spaces are outlined prior to arrival. We appreciate your comments regarding the kitchen setup and layout, and will share that with our team for review. Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your experience.

Lovely getaway for the holiday

Our extended families stayed here over Christmas and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well equipped. There were ample linens and pillows. The property is close to the base of the resort. Overall we had a really nice time.

Kitchen well equipped, views breathtaking

We enjoyed multiple days with family. Plenty of space for family meal prep and sharing. Rooms and bathrooms are comfortable. The wood burning fireplace was a perfect touch. Also enjoyed having the porch and grill.

Great stay in Keystone

Place was clean and big. Very close to the slopes. Great for kids. One thing to keep in mind is that bedrooms upstairs are pretty open. So if staying with multiple families, something to consider.

MLK Ski Weekend

Great condo for our annual MLK Ski weekend! Convenient to get to Keystone. Clean well-stocked kitchen, cozy wood-burning fireplace. When we had issues getting the smart TV connected, management sent someone over to getting it working! We would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. Very cozy. We were here for conference so didn't get to enjoy the space as much as we would have liked. Our only comments would be that the electrical outlets in bathrooms did not work. Also, it may be good to mention that there is no elevator. Unfortunately, both co-worker and I had injuries, so trying to go up and down three floors was a bit difficult.

Check in was easy. The condo was clean and nice. In a beautiful setting with lots of things within walking distance. Kitchen had most everything we needed. The only drawback was that we didn’t realize till we got there that it was on the third floor with no elevator. And also only 1 car parking was allowed and the alternative parking was expensive and about half a mile away. All in all it was a great property aside from those few challenges.

Thank you for your feedback! We're happy to hear you enjoyed the condo, its cleanliness, and convenient location. We're sorry the third-floor location without an elevator caught you by surprise. We also understand your concerns about parking. Unfortunately, Keystone Resort only allows one parking permit for this rental, and additional passes are not available. Guests with extra vehicles can contact our team for help finding paid overflow parking, as also mentioned in the digital guidebook sent before arrival. We appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back!

Good view and enough space for two family

Only one car can be parked on the property. Also, suggested parking lot is not working well because I need to pay twice for overnight parking.

Spacious and comfy

Very comfortable and well appointed. Not a good choice though for seniors with limited mobility. Third floor with no elevator. Also, the one parking place restriction is a irritating nuisance when the whole parking lot is nearly empty.

Nice place but next to main street loud traffic all night

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Inside the condo was nice and comfy. The beds were nice and firm. It is a older place that's been renovated. Nice pool and fun lil place by the pond. The main road was close by so u could hear every car noise which I did not like at all.

Spacious balcony

Really loved the view in the balcony and it was spacious. Right next to Keyston. The only issue was being without a washer the entire stay, and we we're on the third floor so it was inconvenience to have to use the public washer and dryer. The public dryer didn't really dry that well and had to take the wet clothes to the lodge dryer wich did work. I understand things happen and I will still highly recommend staying there.

Great place to stay overall

It was a wonderful place to stay for my family and I as we spent time in the mountains. Lots of room and a great view of the mountains. The road outside was pretty loud (even at night) but that can't be changed. We noticed that there were a lot of minor repairs that needed to be made to this property, chairs that needed to be tightened (were unusable because they were so loose), smoke/carbon monoxide detector that wasn't attached to the ceiling, chips out of the base of a lamp and lamp shades that seemed to be a little dirty. Despite the minor repairs (which can be overlooked), it was a great place to stay.

Overall did like this place! Beautiful views from your windows. Easy to walk to the lake, coffee, small playground, family friendly. Lots of stairs to get up to the unit. One parking spot was tough for a larger family/ group. Got there and the unit was not finished being cleaned. It has plastic all over the floor, furniture moved around, and cleaning supplies left out. The upstairs bed in the loft space had a broken leg which made theis bed very uncomfortable .It did have a baby gate and games for the kids which was fun. Great location. Spacious for a bigger group with lots of storage.

Great location for skiing Keystone

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, I was quite happy with the accommodations. I decreased my rating because I expected availability of a washing machine, but it was out of order. My packing would have been different if I had known this before arriving. There also was not a single hot-pad for use in baking/cooking.

Great Space - Excellent Location

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay was great, it is a beautiful apartment and excellent for a group. 2 negatives to report:Washer and Dryer were not functional.. which as a group we were counting on to be able to clean laundry for our trip. This is an advertised feature and no alternative was provided when requested. The hot tub in the facilities was disgusting. Not being able to see your feet in a body of water 3 feet deep is not a good sign.
