RECENT RENOVATIONS! Roomy well built Condo walking distance or short drive to Breckenridge, ski area, rec center and all sort of trails and the Blue River. Located on the Bus route with access to all of Summit County and only a 20-25 minute drive or less to Keystone, Copper Mountain, Lake Dillon and more! Sleeps 10 in beds. The first Bedroom has 4 single Beds and a double over double bunkbed with a TV, the second 2 queens, a fireplace & TV & the third a King with a fireplace and TV. All Bedrooms have a Bathroom and there is a 4th Bathroom conveniently located downstairs. Amongst the many features are a fully loaded Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Sauna, BBQ Grill and patio, wireless internet, fire wood, Big Screen TV with Blue Ray Player and access to indoor/outdoor hot tub and pool just 25 yards away. Building is made of solid concrete so no matter the noise outside you will sleep like a champ! Property Management lives on sight so help is only a few feet away should anything arise.

CJ 26 was immaculately clean with every amenity we could imagine plus some at our fingertips! We used the kitchen quite a bit and there was nothing we were lacking. We loved the pool and hot tub as well as the sauna. Everything was as advertised or better!

Great property! Great location, clean, had everything you could ever need. Pool and hot tub were a great addition. Will definitely book here again when we return to Breckenridge. Don’t pass this one up!

Fantastic Place to ski Breck

Nice, clean, updated condo with comfortable beds. Enjoyed the forest/mountain view out of the living room and master bedroom. Decorated for winter/Christmas, which our kids all appreciated! Very close to the grocery store (3 minute drive) and the parking/gondola for skiing at Breckenridge. Would definitely stay here again!

Best place in Breck!

This is by far the best condo in Breck! We had two families share the condo with kids ranging from 7-16 years old. The bus picks you up right outside your front door. Shane was wonderful to work with, we will definitely be back!

Condo was just what we needed for a ski weekend. Plenty big and well appointed, the sauna that was in the unit and the nearby outdoor hot tub hit the spot. Amazing location that is 5 minutes from the mountain, along the bus route, and near all the restaurants and bars. Shane was a great host as well. Everything was very well communicated before and during our stay. Perfect.

Summer in Beautiful Breckinridge!

Loved this condo . Plenty of room for my family. My boys loved the loft beds. Everything you neeed to cook in the kitchen. The condo was clean and very pretty... the pics are very accurate. The condo is just a couple minutes from the gondola and down town Breckinridge. Shane, the owner, was amazing to work with from start to finish. Highly recommend this condo.

Perfect place for my bffs bday

The property was cozy and location was prime to the resort and city. Shane was an excellent host, provided everything I needed in detail and was quick to respond. I had forgotten to print my parking passes and he had extra in the condo which made it more convenient. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with various cooking equipment and the sauna was so key after a day of riding. All 10 of our friends had a bed and were comfortable perfect for a group outing on the mountains!

Great Property and Great Host!

If you plan to ski multiple resorts and want to be in Breck, this is a great place to stay. It is right on busline but also can walk to grocery and a bit further to Main Street. Updated and very well stocked. Three very large bedrooms and four full baths was great for our group of 9. We had ages 18-73. There are a few steps up to bedrooms, but this was no issue for our group. We also loved the back entry for all of our ski gear. Owner was highly responsive, property is exactly as it looks. It was perfect for us!

Perfect Place for our Family!

We stayed at the lovely Claimjumper 26 over NYE. Our favorite part was the proximity of the townhome to Breck, Keystone, Vail and Beaver Creek. We were able to ski all four! The shuttle was a short walk and the townhome was very close to the grocery store and downtown Breck. The kids loved the proximity to the pool and hot tub which they used daily. It made it really easy to jump right in and SUPER relaxing after a day of skiing. We loved that the bedrooms were separated from the main living area. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen is very well supplied. No complaints there! Shane was also great to work with, he was very responsive before and during the visit. He is very keen on customer service and answered all of our questions. Overall great vacation, would definitely recommend it and will definitely be returning!

Just an awesome, comfortable, well-maintained condo!

I always know what to expect when booking this unit for my family and I/we have never been disappointed. It's just an extremely comfortable condo. It has a well-equipped working kitchen, furnished with comfortable furniture and the unit is clean! The bedrooms are nice-sized so I nor my family have never felt cramped--plenty of bedroom space! The unit is in a great location.....close to the City Market grocery and downtown, easily within walking distance so we were not constantly in the car driving to the market or downtown! There is also a Breck bus stop located near the Claimjumper Condo's entrance. One final thought, the owners take pride in their condo and that pride shows throughout the unit! Thanks so much.......

Great stay in great location with lots of space!

This was a perfect fit for our group. We had two families with several teen girls. The pool and hot tub were wonderful as well as the sauna. It felt like we had the pool to ourselves as there was never anybody else in it. Manager was very quick to respond And this had more than everything we needed. Very clean and in a great location. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place in Breckenridge!

Shane Coyne lives in Manitou Springs (west side of Colorado Springs) and just retired from the Air Force out of the US Air Force Academy and also is a wild land firefighter with the Sheriff's Office there. He graduated from Kansas State University

Mary Ann Coyne (yes the person responsible for Shane) is a retired 4th grade teacher and grandmother and hails from Hays, Kansas. She also is a Kansas State grad.

Eric Eldridge is also Retired Air Force and a graduate of the US Air Force Academy (where he met Shane). He is currently residing in Hamilton, Ohio working at Wright Patterson AFB as a civilian.

John Eldridge (yes responsible for Eric) lives in Kentucky

things to see and do during all months of the year. When we are not renting the place out for others to enjoy, you will find us here enjoying not just the slopes but also the incredible summers where the amazing weather and many festivals give visitors a long list of activities for all ages.

What makes this property unique

It will be difficult to find a better deal for a place that is this well constructed and can sleep so many with this many amenities. The location is perfectly located no matter what time of the year you visit and everything you want to do in Breck is always right next door.
