The house features three inviting bedrooms, each with patio access. The master suite includes an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms, each equipped with two queen beds, share a family bathroom. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area create a warm and welcoming space for everyone to gather. A convenient laundry room is also included.



Step out onto the expansive screened patio, which seamlessly extends the living area and offers direct access to the deck and beach. Enjoy alfresco dining with the whole family in this beautiful outdoor space, perfect for making lasting memories.



We ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. Beach towels are available for your seaside adventures. Laundry soap and dishwasher tabs are included for your convenience. All you need to bring is your suitcase! Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi access throughout your stay.

The Space:

This property is one of few left on island to have a Caymanian Heritage House on the grounds, look out for it when you drive in. This little heritage house survived the hurricane of 2004!



Guest Access:

Upon your arrival, you will discover a welcome book containing all the essential information you need, including WiFi details, house rules, local recommendations, and emergency contacts.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Bodden Town, historic capital of the Cayman Islands. This is the perfect destination for those who are looking to get away from it all and enjoy the quieter side of the island.



Getting Around:

With minimal public transportation on this quiet side of the island it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay.



Other Things to Note:

The house can sleep up to 12 people. Parties of more than 10 people will incur extra charges per person per night. $50 per person per night.

The beach can experience seaweed being washed up. We do our best to keep in clear, but please be aware that depending on the weather, you may see some!

For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process.
