With magnificent views of the sparkling Caribbean and nearby reef, The Pink Beach House is a totally private and peaceful retreat. Enjoy this stunning property, professionally landscaped with an abundance of flowering Bougainvillea, Agouti, Oleander, a variety of palms, and a gorgeous grass lawn. The pool has a large, inviting deck directly on the Caribbean and is completely surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation and palm trees.
Take advantage of a range of activities offered locally, safe in the knowledge that you can also relax in the peace and quiet of a hammock on your very own pristine, white sandy beach, snorkel your protected reef, or enjoy a refreshing swim in your own private pool. The house is fully equipped with two full size washers and dryers, pool floats and beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks, corn hole boards, and a generous supply of snorkeling equipment for all ages and sizes.
Sip a tropical cocktail while sitting on the large sundeck as the sun sets into a glorious starry evening. Count shooting stars, watch a beautiful sunrise, or take a long walk beside the calm, warm and inviting Caribbean Sea. Enjoy the large, gingerbread trimmed front porch on a rainy afternoon while reading a book or sipping a cocktail.
The Pink Beach House is located just 40 minutes from the capital of George Town and all it's attractions, or just a short drive to the wonderful Rum Point Resort, world famous Stingray City, The Kaibo Yacht Club at Cayman Kai as well as Starfish Point, The Botanical Gardens, and The Mastic Trail, where you can hike or take guided nature walks. Rum Point’s beautiful beach and resort has just completed a major renovation. The newly built restaurant and bar with entertainment venue, renovated gift shop and Red Sail Sports Dive Shop are now open and ready to enjoy. There's plenty of parking so stop by and grab a picnic table or chaise lounge to enjoy lunch or a Mudslide. Schedule one of many excursions Red Sail Sports has to offer directly from the Rum Point dock including daily trips to Stingray City. Enjoy fresh fish prepared daily at a number of the award winning local restaurants including Kaibo Upstairs, Rum Point Restaurant, Over The Edge, and Tukka, the Rum Point Wreck Bar and Grill and the Kaibo Beach Bar and Grill.
The Pink Beach House is professionally furnished and decorated in gorgeous Caribbean décor and colors. The first floor Master Bedroom boasts an oversized walk-in shower and his and her sinks. This master also offers his and her closets. Doors open directly onto the pool deck to take full advantage of the breathtaking views of the beautiful Caribbean.
Two second floor bedrooms, one King and one Twin-bedded with the option to convert to a King, offer en-suite bathrooms with tubs as well as showers and, of course, the wonderful ever changing views of the Caribbean.
The new in 2017 kitchen has granite countertops and upgraded stainless appliances. It is thoroughly equipped for preparing and serving meals at home. The dining room overlooks the pool deck. Pink Beach House

The house is as a shown. It has a great kitchen. Lots of cookware. The master bedroom is very nice, good bed. Bathroom is big. Nice pool and kayaks too.

Great Beachfront!

Very accommodating for 3 couples. Clean. Enjoyed the pool and especially the front porch when the North wind was strong. We also enjoyed the watered lawn and vegetation. Also used the kayaks. We like to be close to Rum Point and Starfish Point.

Peaceful getaway

Loved the quiet and private beach, hammock, and spectacular sunrises. Two local cats came to say hello every day on the porch, and were quite friendly. Very quick drive to Rum Point and Kaibo. Did find some trash (plastic mostly) on a public beach access point nearby that would float our way, and there is alot of seaweed growing in the water (bring swim shoes). The maintenance team did clean up the beach twice a week, which kept the sand clear. The property manager was responsive and helpful.

The Pink Beach House was AMAZING

Everything was clean, linens were soft and comfortable, there were kayaks and snorkel equipment aplenty ~ The pool was fantastic and the beach was perfect. Loved all aspects and will definitely return!

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Pink Beach house. Such a beautiful view. We enjoy this side of the island as it’s quiet and not so busy. Very much appreciated the snorkel equipment at the house as well. Would stay here again.

Beautiful, well stocked house!

Sadly, our second week at this house was cut short by Hurricane Beryl, but our first week here was amazing. The house has absolutely everything you need for the beach. The pool was beautiful and we had coffee on the beach every morning. We love the slower pace of Rum Point and this house was so peaceful and beautiful. Karen was wonderful and very quick to respond.

Pink House did not leave us blue

Lovely beach house on the north shore of Grand Cayman. Immaculately kept. We enjoyed the various toys : skindiving gear, kayaks and the pool. Great place to spend Christmas. Thanks to the hosts, owners and maintainers.

Great Vacation!

We had an incredible week! House, pool, beach and ocean are exactly as pictured - beautiful. The house is well supplied with everything we needed: snorkeling gear, pool floats, beach towels, plenty of dinnerware and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed the non-touristy Northside area and it was easy to explore the whole island from there. The surf is natural with short seagrass with bare sand areas interspersed. We took the kayaks out to the reef area for snorkeling and were amazed with all the wildlife there. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Pink Beach House

The Pink Beach House was all we hoped for and MORE!!!! The location is for a slower pace Grand Cayman experience. Very quiet, but accessible to everything and everywhere we wanted to go. The house is very clean and well equipped. The beach chairs and umbrellas saved the day on our 7 Mile Beach day. Thanks Karen !!!!

Girls Weekend in Paradise

Just spent an amazing weekend with girlfriends at the Pink Beach House. This house is a little slice of heaven. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy time together and still have some privacy (if needed). The house decor is lovely and has every amenity you will need. Some great restaurants were a quick drive away if we didn't feel like cooking. At the same time, the kitchen was perfect for entertaining and well stocked. We would spend a lazy morning by the pool or walking the beach. We also loved the beach at Rum Point which was a quick car ride away. The girls are already talking about our visit next year! This trip was perfection.

Beautiful Island View

There were 6 adult friends staying & we were very happy with 3 king beds with baths and ocean views. The rental was very clean inside and out. The outside of the house, deck and patio furniture was being power washed as we checked out. We enjoyed the solitude and beautiful ocean view especially. There is quite a lot of seaweed in front but we walked the beach and enjoyed the pool. The house is a short drive to Rum Point for excellent beach bar & restaurant. Its hectic to drive on the left side of the road so we avoided Georgetown and the numerous roundabouts. Grand Caymen is expensive to visit due to US exchange rate, but the island is very clean and beautiful. We enjoyed many lovely dinners all with ocean views on the Northside and Eastside. Lovely vacation home!!

Birthday and Graduation Celebration

We wanted a place to celebrate our twin granddaughters graduating high school and their 18th birthdays and this house was almost perfect! The location was great but the house is showing some wear. The outdoor furniture really was not safe or comfortable but the view was beautiful!! Despite the times of seaweed the snorkeling and kayaking were great and the girls loved it! The requested Air Conditioner setting was not cool enough for us and at the weekly rate we paid did not seem right to limit our comfort. One last thing, the downstairs master bath only had 2 wash clothes!! All in all the location was great but the house needs alittle TLC making it just a little overpriced for the quality.

Very nice quiet house

I was very happy with this house and everything that was provided with it. Entering the property was easy and affective. A welcome gift was provided by the property owner which was very nice. It contained valuable information about the island. The pool was very nice and clean. I was impressed that snorkels, fins, masks, and even water shoes were available in a variety of sizes. The only downsides were that the house was far from everything. We had to drive over a hour each day to get to all the activities. Also, the mosquitoes were awful, and it made enjoying the outdoors almost impossible. The ocean was covered in sea grass and made it impossible to swim freely. All in all, we had a great time in the Caymans and we recommend this house if you are looking for a quiet place away from the traffic.

Chilling in Cay Man.

Situated on the quiet North Side, this is a beautifully maintained and characterful property by the Caribbean Sea. Perfect for my family of 6 and our grown adult children. We spent hours chilling by and on the big and deep pool. Everything you could wish for was present, from floats to snorkel gear to beach equipment. Property is close to Rum Point and Starfish Point. We used Ocean Frontiers to visit the Stingrays at dawn, well ahead of the cruise mobs, leaving from nearby Kaibo Yacht Club. A drive around the east side took us to an all you can eat Sunday brunch (so topping up my 2 boys for at least the rest of the day) and on to a couple of cool blow holes. At the end of our stay we ventured to George Town and the gorgeous 7 Mile Beach, where we rented a jetski for 3 hours (Cayman Jestskis - they delivered straight to us at Governors Beach) and picked up souvenirs and Cuban cigars. Duck inside on still sunsets to dodge the mozzies, but otherwise very little intrusive insect life for such a tropical climate. The scrounging miner bird we need Herbert. My family loved this place. A great place for a big family to get away from it all. Weather in early August was hot and mainly sunny - with occasionally cloud cover and refreshing storm, but not as much as we expected for this time of year. Go for it.

Perfect island getaway for the family

We just returned from a week stay at the Pink Beach House, and we miss it already. For starters, the owner has done a fantastic job of providing a comfortable "home away from home" in paradise. Karen provided all the information we needed to plan a fun, first trip to the Caymans. The property was everything as advertised ... clean, well-appointed and charming. Karen has provided everything a family would need to enjoy their stay ... plush beach towels, snorkeling gear, reef shoes, pool toys and beach chairs. We spent our first day kayaking along the inside of the barrier reef and saw a spotted eagle ray within minutes of hitting the water. Our two young children -- ages 3 and 5 -- enjoyed splashing around in the pool, combing the beach for "treasures" and exploring the shallows along the shore. This is definitely a house for ocean lovers. And the location couldn't be better. The house is just a short drive to Rum Point which has a nice beach-front bar and grill, a sandy beach that's perfect for small children (and a great place to escape on a windy day) and boats that will take you out to Stingray City. Head the other direction to the East End, and you'll enjoy natural scenery you can't get on the crowded Seven Mile Beach. Be sure to check out two fantastic restaurants, Tukka and Eagle Ray's. At night, we sat on the beach and watched the moon rise over the coconut trees while sipping some of the island's small-batch rum. If you want to experience the Caribbean away from the crowds and noise, I couldn't recommend a better house to stay in. We're already looking at the calendar to see when we can come back.

First of all, the pictures don't even come close to doing this home justice! We are well seasoned travelers and have spent considerable time abroad and in the Caribbean. We have used VRBO many times. The Pink Beach House: its location, amenities, and sheer peacefulness are over the top. We could not recommend a property more highly than this beach house. The question to ourselves after each trip is: would you go back? This is the first one in 20 years that we have answered-YES! The owners are "uber" conscientious about your comfort and well being. There is not enough space to compliment the owners enough. We loved the pool and our quiet walks on the beach. We were literally the only ones on the beach for our entire 2 week vacation. The night stars were beautiful and magical sitting by the pool listening to the ocean surf. This was not our first trip to Grand Cayman, but this is by far our favorite location on the island. We explored the entire island from top to bottom and loved coming home at the end of each day to our own retreat at The Pink Beach House. A car is a must. Our favorite restaurants were Kaibo Beach Yacht Club, Tukka and Karoo at Camana Bay. We did the classic tourist stuff- Turtle farm, Starfish Point, Sting Ray City, Smith's Cove, the Blowholes, the Lighthouse on the East End and 7 Mile Beach. Our favorite spot was at the pool overlooking the ocean at The Pink Beach House. There were days that we decided to not even leave the house/pool…. It was a slice of Heaven to relax and do nothing. The owners provided snorkel equipment & fins (in every size imaginable). Which was very helpful that we didn't have to pack extra gear. The house is impeccably clean and well furnished. The linens and towels were of superior quality and that was another "over the top" feature. You can get virtually anything you need at Fosters Food Fair Grocery Store at CountrySide Shopping Village. It is located 15-20 minutes drive away. The house in only a 3 minute drive away from Rum Point and Kaibo Beach. Our only regret was coming home. We will go back!!

We love Rum Point beach and we always have to get a t-shirt at the gift store! We really enjoyed the pool. I'm a little under 5’ so the noodle was my friend!! I would highly recommend this house. Second amazing stay!

Such a great home to stay at. Location is very convenient to Rum Point, Kaibo and Starfish point. Home is equipped for cooking any meal you want. The hammock out back is a crowd pleaser. Just amazing!

A relaxing paradise

The Pink Beach House was perfect for our family of 4, and there was plenty of extra space. Everyone had a spot they could go to to read, chill, snorkel, cool off in the pool - pretty much had everything plus privacy. We were first timers to GC and weren’t sure if we should stay in Rum Point or 7MB, and finding this house was the deciding factor. We rented a car to get around the island, which we saw a lot of. If we had just stayed at 7MB resort, I know we wouldn’t have done as much as we did. Being so close to Rum Point Club and Kaibo made it easy to coordinate excursions from those marinas. The place was absolutely spotless and the snorkel gear was a great added value. Having access to a washer and dryer was great, too. Lots of beach towels and a spacious kitchen was amazing. This property is well kept and the host was very responsive to our questions. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and I suggest hitting up Fosters before coming out to the Northside. There is a smaller store nearby in case you don’t have room in your rental with your luggage, but if you plan on cooking a lot, go by fosters on the way out there for more variety. We didn’t cook a whole lot - just reheated food from restaurants, and had snacks and drinks on hand. My favorite thing to do here was come out before my family woke up and read my book with coffee right on the beach… no one around. If peace is what you want, this is it!
