We are a quiet semi-retired professional couple who are happy to assist you during your stay and just as happy to leave you on your own to enjoy as you desire.

The surrounding area offers so much to do.

Woolgoolga Lake is a small 'paddle only' saltwater estuary welcoming canoes and kayaks to explore the 3kms of waterways. You're welcome to bring your canoes, kayaks and SUP boards. There are alternative launching points around the property vicinity.

The beach is a very short 300m away via a footbridge over the peaceful lake waters and the town centre is only a further 300m. You can quite literally walk to all the Woolgoolga town centre, beach and lake offers without needing to drive from our central location at all.

Fishing is popular on the lake and beach as well as the adjoining beaches which offers anglers multiple options in all conditions.

Cycling paths and bush trails from the property lead to many coved beaches and headlands.

There's a market in the town beach reserve 3 out of 4 weekends.

Coffs Harbour is only 15mins drive away with all that a major regional town offers.

The neighbourhood is known as the premier residential addresses in Woolgoolga and we are situated in a cul-de-sac end of a very quiet no-through road. It's a very safe and friendly neighbourhood community.

Getting around:

We are one of the very few homes in Woolgoolga that have absolute waterfront and one of closest to the beach. The studio is very sheltered from winds at all times of the year.

Our big plus is that you're so close to all Woolgoolga offers without need to jump in your car every time you want to do something. You can literally park your car when you arrive and then simply walk short distances to everything from beach to shops, restaurants to clubs for your entire stay.

Regular bus services depart from the town centre and operate along the entire Coffs Coast. There is local car rental in Woolgoolga.

House guidelines:
We don't accommodate smokers on the property. No smoking at all, inside or outside so please don't book if you smoke.

As the site doesn't have the facility to charge these extras, please pay by cash upon arrival.

No shoes inside please, so bring socks to wear on the polished floors.

The studio space is a VERY clean and fresh space due to our guideline of NO SPLATTER COOKING inside. While we do provide an inside twin stove-top and microwave for your convenience, there's an adjoining outside BBQ area with frypan hot burner, for any 'splatter cooking' which everybody loves to use, keeping the studio immaculately clean and fresh for all guests.
