Set directly on the promenade that lines the Sea of Crete, the open view of sea and mountains is spectacular and the central location is unbeatable. In a few short minutes you can be sitting on the beach, strolling through the Old Town and Venetian Harbor, or dining al fresco at a fish taverna in the New Town.
Completely furnished, additional amenities include: fully equipped kitchen, unlimited high-speed quality wifi internet, washing machine, and entertainment center with Bose speakers in living room and bedroom.
The sea views are from both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom features spacious closets and a double bed (140x200), and the living room has a comfortable full size couch and a dining table with chairs, with an open-plan kitchen.

Spend time on the spacious balcony overlooking the fishermen's harbor, soaking up the incomparable open view as far as the eye can see: the blue, blue Sea of Crete, the islands, the northern coastline, the massive White Mountains.
Sip your morning coffee, plan your day, watch the colorful fishing boats returning with their catch, admire (if you don't become one of) the faithful early morning swimmers, read, listen to the sounds the ducks, birds, and water lapping, watch the world go by, and, at end of a full day, toast the glorious Mediterranean sunset.
DISCOVER THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Walk out the front door: to the right, you are a short lovely seaside stroll away from the Venetian Harbor and the Historic Old Town; to the left, you are a few steps to the sandy Blue Flag beach and an inviting choice of cafes and fish tavernas.
Put together your own Cretan diet with local ingredients: seasonal fruit and vegetables from the weekly green market out front, fresh fish daily from the fisherman's harbor across the street, and Greek specialities from any number of small shops and modern supermarkets closeby.
Join the lively nightlife in the center of Chania, or simply observe it from your private balcony.
EXPLORE WESTERN CRETE
With Chania an excellent starting point for day trips around Western Crete, and the apartment's strategic location affording a quick and traffic-free exit from town, choose a different scenic route everyday.

•traditional and hospitable mountain villages (Milia, Elos)

This is an apartment accessible with or without a car. It is easy to walk around to all the major sites that Chania town has to offer, and is located right across from the beach, for those who just want to be on the beach in minutes. Those who would like to venture out and explore further, the bus system connects to most destinations, although a car is highly recommended for those who would like to enjoy the freedom of exploring the western part of the island on their own timetable and to have some off-the-beaten path adventures!

This is a self-catering personal apartment, and not a hotel. This means I do not provide any services such as cleaning during one's stay. If you would like cleaning services, we can put you directly in touch with a cleaning professional.
The apartment is designed to optimize space in the best way possible, as it is 34 square meters with 1 bedroom (plus the ample balcony), and the kitchen and living area are open plan. This is why only up to two people may stay in the apartment comfortably.
Please note the bed is a double (or full) at 140x200cm, which fits just right in the bedroom, leaving space for walking around the bed comfortably. It's a very good mattress, however tall or big people who need lots of bed space, it may be a little cozy in the bed with your partner! :)
I care about the environment and our health! The apartment is cleaned with eco-friendly products, and the cleaning products supplied in the apartment are all "green," toxin-free!
Prospective guests: In order to accept your booking, I require your passport number as well as your home address once you have booked the apartment, in the case of an emergency and also to submit my earnings for taxes!
In the colder temperatures of winter we offer heating used at your discretion. Heating costs are charged separately according to usage.
