Beautiful Oceanfront Luxury Villa in Bucerias (La Cruz de Huancaxtle, Puerto Vallarta) , 3 bedrooms,3 bath, prívate pool, tennis courts, gym, spa, Bar-Restaurant and private sandy beaches. Private complex surrounded by many pool, palapas and BBQ grilles. Private Security 24 hours a day.
Villa is fully furnished. Stainles steel apliances. Don’t need to bring anything from home. Villas included, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, washer and dryer, garbage disposal, oven, coffee maker, stainless steel utensils, plates, cups, extra towel and pillows just to many thinks to list. Housekeeping ones a week during your stay. The view is second to none, nice cool breeze flowing all across the living room through the kitchen, just and unforgettable place to spend your vacation. The master and the guest room have a king size bed. The 3rd room have two queen size and one individual bed. Every bedrooms has its own bathroom. Just 20 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport. Many more pictures available if requested. Only minutes away from paradise. Pictures speak worth 1000 words.


My family and I own 5 Villas in Punta Esmeralda all of then on top of each other. All are available for rent and are furnish very similar to each other.

Fabulous Bucerias Stay

Overall amazing stay. Comfortable and quiet. We were impressed with the complex. Friendly people everywhere. Clean place. Accessible with bus and taxi. Note - if you are used to Uber … you will wait a bit for them but that’s the way it is here. We will definitely come back!!! Thanks for the amazing stay.

Very nice place. We’re not told about elevator not working.96 stairs to parking lot. Heated pool not turned owned until last week, looses a bit of water daily. Thought it was broke. Dishwasher broke, was not told. Power out for a day.Refrigeration did not come back on. Brought new one in,was without 2 days. Lost the food. There’s a very nice quaint restaurant, good food very close.Rental unit above is rather loud if people are there. We were looking to get it next year for a month, but will try other.

La peor propiedad en la que he estado

La propiedad sucia, sábanas, toallas manchadas, camas, pisos, muebles y electrodomésticos sucios. No servía el lavavajillas, no servía bien el microondas, tuve que pedir el vaso de la licuadora porque no había, no se iba el agua del fregadero, la lavadora estaba tan sucia que era imposible usarla. La propiedad aceptaba perros y nos multaron porque nuestros perros bajaron a pasear y ladraron cuando no habían pasado ni 5 minutos de estar abajo, se acercaron al guardia y a un señor mayor extranjero (presidente del lugar) para olerlos y dijeron que los habían atacado!! Jamás pasó eso! Prepotentes y groseros. La encargada de la casa nunca nos la entregó, la casa estaba abierta, con las llaves dentro, no habían suficientes cubiertos, toallas, platos para diez personas. Hubo ruido de mantenimiento del departamento de arriba desde las 8:00 am casi toda la primer semana. Nos rentaron los kayaks y tablas a $600 el día, cuando pedí una excepción de precio, nos la dejaron a $300, pero la playa no es apta para usarlas, están llenas de rocas, los guardias nos dijeron que todos los dueños lo saben. No puedes meterte ahí. Te cortas, y sales revolcado, lo que nos sucedió. Cajones con comida de otros huéspedes, no nos indicaron las reglas del lugar, como donde depositar basura, dónde surtir agua, y ya para el noveno día de renta un guardo nos vio subiendo los cinco pisos cargando 40 litros de agua y nos dijo que no era necesario!! Que solo había que solicitarla a caseta.
