3BR $7742 per week, plus 12.5% hotel tax $967.75 = $8709.75 week

Christmas week Dec 19-26 and
New Years week Dec 26- Jan 5
$7900 per week plus 12.5% hotel tax $987.50 = $8887.50 week

Villa Bijou
A beautifully furnished villa, with native stonework throughout. Large pool and surrounding deck are very private and surrounded by mature gardens. 3 King Suites, and 3 1/2 baths, with full a/c, lovely pool and sundeck.

The Living room and dining area are on the entry level with sweeping views. Each area is furnished with truly comfortable sofas and chairs. Open air living and great breezes make for cool tropical living. There are ceiling fans throughout.

Fabulous views into Great Cruz Bay and the Westin Beach (a short walk down the road),
as well as to the outer cays, St Thomas and tropical sunsets abound.

The Large gourmet kitchen has everything a serious cook could want
with gorgeous granite counter tops, custom cabinetry and tons of counter space.

The two entry level master bedrooms each have king beds with full a/c,
private baths and garden views as well as TV with Roku.
The 2nd King suite and bath with native stone showers with garden views.

At pool level the Third King suite also has full a/c, full bath with native stone shower
and garden views. They can also be easily accessed from pool level without
disturbing the bedroom area. Pool Suite has Roku TV as well.

A wet bar is all ready for pool side snacks and libations and Indoor and outdoor dining areas.

The gazebo is a favorite spot for every day and evening - and fabulous views from
Great Cruz Bay to St Thomas, the outer cays and feels like a little oasis.
The gazebo is the perfect spot to watch the sunsets and sailboats during the day.
