You also have your own covered patio. Enjoy breathtaking view of lake, mountain and beautiful zen garden from every room. A short drive downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond. Close to Microsoft, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

The owners are easy to communicate with.The unit is less spacious than the photos make it seem.The property in the unit is all very used (tables, chairs, sofa, kitchen and its utensils/tools, the bed and bed frame and sheets, etc.)The property includes access to a shared washing room, which has a washer and dryer for laundry as well as a dishwasher and a sink and a mini fridge.***The property is listed as a "house" but it is a lower-unit apartment. The upper unit is frequently rented to weekend visitors (sometimes longer) who can be heard walking and talking from within the lower unit. The owners of the listing live right next door; i.e. the primary residence of the lot. This means there is shared parking on the driveway and sometimes your car will be blocked, whether the owners have guests, or whether the upper unit is occupied, or whether the owners have contractors onsite performing work.***The wifi is shared with the upper unit. Even when I only had my devices connected to the wifi, it was slow and only sometimes reliable. When the upper unit was occupied and they also connected to the wifi, the wifi became unusable.

Filthy and cramped space!

The space is cramped and the place was filthy! There was mold in the shower stall, towels and dish mat smelled sour. Had to pull hairballs off my feet. The bed had no sheets and blankets smelled as if they hadn’t been washed. A pillow fell under the bed and when I retrieved it, it was covered in dust and hair. Also, the internet went out several times that night. We arrived the afternoon of the 13th and were out the door by 8 am the following morning. Certainly not COVID compliant cleanliness. Worst experience ever for my daughters birthday. Whom by the way coughed through the night due to allergies from the dust and mold! The host did refund our money minus the night's stay.

Wonderful Place for a Long-Term Stay

I stayed at this property for three months during a long-term stay in the Seattle area. My experience couldn't have been better! The guesthouse is very nice and plenty spacious. There's a private covered patio, access to laundry facilities, and of course a breathtaking view of Lake Sammamish. Martin and Sherry are wonderful hosts... You'll enjoy every minute of your stay here!!!
