With vaulted ceilings, south facing windows and full of light and fresh air, this place is a comfortable, pleasant and safe place to spend time. Open studio style floorplan. There is a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and a full bath. Off street parking. This was an awesome place to stay! "Charming cottage" is a perfect description of it. Andrew and his wife, who greeted us during our time there, have created a beautiful space which had everything we needed for our stay. We were delighted to stay in such a lovely place close to our Seattle family and friends. If I could, I would give this place (6) stars!

Comfortable, clean, and with great walkability!

I stayed for almost 2 weeks for work and it was exactly as described in the listing. Everything was clean and the blue chairs and the bed are very comfy!!! The hosts were also very responsive, which was much appreciated.

Charming, comfortable cottage

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable, sunny Bryant cottage! We were able to walk to restaurants, cafes, shops & visit with old friends in the neighbourhood. Andrew was a very responsive, wonderful host. It's a great place to stay if you're visiting the University of Washington community.

I was in Seattle to help my daughter move to Portland. This place was perfect. Great location near University Village and Seattle Children’s Hospital. My daughter graduated from the first year Pharmacy Residency Program there so it was important to be close to the hospital as she ended this chapter of her life.

1st time in Seattle

Visiting with my sister who lives in a studio apartment in the Montlake neighborhood (with no room for me) this cottage was perfect! It looks just like the pictures, is wonderfully clean and modern, with one parking space making life easy. It was a lovely spot to start and end each day. I was in an upscale hotel in the days prior to my stay at this property and truthfully felt Bryant Cottage was superior!

Quiet, Peaceful Getaway.

We stayed here for six days because it was very close to our Son and daughter-in-laws place. It turned out to be such a great place to stay. Super clean and well maintained with a nice bathroom, kitchen and very comfortable bed. Only downside was minimal kitchen items, choices, ie. herbs or spices for cooking. No oils, etc. we ate out each day and had our breakfast in room. All in all we will definitely be back when we visit our son. Great find!

Very comfy accommodation and great location. We stayed during a heat wave in Seattle, and while the window a/c unit eventually cooled the space, it wasn't ideal for the hot weather. For normal Seattle temps, I'd highly recommend.

Very comfy little place in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get around on public transportation. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Exactly as described cute clean above garage studio complete with a small kitchenette and coffee and a lovely shower with nice amenities. Bed was comfortable and also had a large TV to stream. Easily accessible parking through the back alley straight to your dedicated spot and private entrance. The Ravenna neighborhood is so cute with old architecture and great food, Andrew is also extremely easy going and communicative. Would highly recommend if passing through and need a safe comfortable space to rest.

I loved staying at Bryant Cottage. It was very clean, and the kitchen and bathroom both looked nice and new. Communication from the property owner was also great. Finally, I really enjoyed having the Kcups and creamer provided for convenience. Thanks for a great stay!

Troll Hunting in Seattle!

We had a great time, and this spot was the perfect place for us to visit the Danby Trolls in the Seattle area. We also enjoyed a short hop into Vancouver BC for a Hockey game as well as a Hockey game in Seattle! The neighborhood was lovely, as was the home. We felt safe walking and riding public transport which is the best way to get around Seattle quickly. You might need to drive and park for free at a station, but that is so much better than trying to work your way through downtown Seattle.
