With vaulted ceilings, south facing windows and full of light and fresh air, this place is a comfortable, pleasant and safe place to spend time. Open studio style floorplan. There is a fully stocked kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher and a full bath. Off street parking. Close to UW and walkable to many restaurants in the area and an easy walk to UW stadiums. 65” flat screen TV. Premium linens.

Just what I needed to visit my daughter. Studio apartment built above a former garage. Laid out with care and has all you need. Bryant’s Corner Cafe is a block away and a great breakfast stop. Univ. Washington close by. Take the light rail from the airport to the UW stop 3 and a short Lyft ride and you’re there!

Very comfy little place in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Easy to get around on public transportation. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This was an awesome place to stay! "Charming cottage" is a perfect description of it. Andrew and his wife, who greeted us during our time there, have created a beautiful space which had everything we needed for our stay. We were delighted to stay in such a lovely place close to our Seattle family and friends. If I could, I would give this place (6) stars!
