About this property

Top Views offers the main bedroom with ensuite, spa, and walk-in robe, the second bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, and the third bedroom downstairs with queen bed and two single beds with ensuite.

The Dining room seats eight people and the north-facing balcony with BBQ and outdoor setting is sure to please.
Large double lock up garage and laundry, plus carport. Plenty of room for a boat. Austar with basic channels.

Close to town with a large modern kitchen, dishwasher, and all modern appliances with an open dining area and views of Top Lake.

Please note pets must remain outside the property and are not permitted inside the house

Modern large home with spectacular views of Merimbula Lake

Everything was perfect and as described. Large home that can accommodate a family with privacy . Although BBQ needs updating ASAP.

Great view lovely well equipped place to stay

Great location, Clean, really well equipped kitchen, lots of extra blankets, comfy beds etc.really good for a group of people with something for everyone. Description did say pet friendly however backyard is rural fencing in one part so we needed to leave our dogs on leash.
