This accommodation is fantastic, cleaning, and convenient. Location was perfect with everything we needed within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here - the apartment has all the facilities you need for a family.

Second stay at this home. Well located, well maintained and located in a very central location. Owner did an excellent job communicating and the home was very well equipped with kitchen appliances, pots and pans etc and very clean.
Roomy, airy, and comfortable apartment in great city location. Amanda was great and there were no unpleasant surprises. We would HIGHLY recommend this property.
Fantastic location, a short walk to buses and trams. A stroll to local markets and coffee houses. The house was roomy enough for a family with two teens. The place was clean and tidy, surprisingly little traffic noise and the wife and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the place.
The accommodation and our stay were excellent and the host contributed by making sure the house had all the things that we might need to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and the host. Thank you!
The house best our expectations! Clean, everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Location is perfect for trams and walking. Great local market at Prahan only a 5 minute stroll away. Also an easy and delightful walk through the park on through to the Botanical Gardens and a walk along the river and in one hour you are in the CBD. Great communications from the owner from booking through to departure. I thoroughly recommend this to any small group or family visiting Melbourne.

The house has a good location close to shops in Chapel St, Faulkner Park and trams to the city and St Kilda.
From the moment we walked through the front door we felt at home.
The place was lovely and clean, had everything that was outlined in booking.
The rooms were a comfortable size with comfortable beds.
Lovely balcony off two of the rooms.
The living area was the perfect size for us to relax as a family, could not be happier.
And only a short walk to trams, trains and shops meant we hardly used the car which was perfect.

Amanda was very easy and lovely to deal with. All questions were answered promptly and check in and out was a breeze. The house information book is thorough and provides an excellent overview of the area and what’s around.
The house was immaculate and rooms are generously sized. Very easy for us travelling right a toddler- Amanda was able to provide a cot and high chair. Made what we had to bring so much simpler!
The house is located within walking distance of parks, shops, restaurants and Chapel Street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for a number of reasons:
1) The home was spotless and easily accomodated our family for four adults in its three bedrooms. One room had two beds so we could have accomodated more people.
2) The host was terrific. She happily answered our questions before our stay, followed up when we were there and after we left.
3) Location, location, location. I was attending a conference downtown. My family spent the days exploring Melbourne. The proximity to a bus line (2 minutes walk) and multiple tram lines (5-10 minutes walk, depending on the line) made getting around very easy. The Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne Cricket Grounds were 15 minutes away (5 minutes on bus, 10 minute walk). Most downtown locations were 20-25 minutes away combined walking and tram time.
4) The home is a 10-minute walk to Prahran Market, a small grocery store and the an abundance of restaurants. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Melbourne.
This is a great place to stay. It is close to trams to the city, great food venues and a beautiful park. The photos and description accurately depict the accommodation which includes a garage and the owner is easy to communicate with and is accommodating. For my family it was a beautiful and convenient place to stay. Highly recommend this accommodation

House was awsome !! Clean an tidy with everything you would need an more !! Close to all amenities an public transport !! Host was great to deal with !! Close to the coty but still has privacy an security !! Will def stay again in the future when travelling to melbourn !! Hopefully in summer lol !!

South Yarra Place is a residence made for three couples. All bedrooms have built in cupboards and comfortable beds. The living area is roomy enough for six adults not too get in each others way. We found the residence to be very clean and well equipped. Amanda and Bruce are very friendly and helpful. Location has Tram and Bus transport within a ten minute walk. Supermarkets are nearby and the Parahn Market is a short walk away. We highly recommend the property for a comfortable stay.
