The city tram is on your doorstep, and you're only a 3km tram ride to the CBD for amazing shopping, Melbourne's famous laneway coffee precincts and the world class multi-cultural dining experiences that make Melbourne Australia's food capital.
A contemporary apartment on the corner of the building, flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. It has two good size bedrooms (master bedroom with a Queen size bed and second bedroom with a Double size bed), two bathrooms and full kitchen with European appliances, including dishwasher. The living area has a sunny aspect and opens to a balcony overlooking the leafy surrounds of the apartment.
Split system heating and cooling, complimentary internet (WiFi) and a Euro laundry completes your accommodation for a comfortable and complete home away from home experience.
The apartment has secure parking for one car, video security entrance and access to a well equipped gym in the building.
All bed linen and towels provided. A hair dryer is provided in the master bedroom ensuite. Toiletries are not provided.
PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION:
You will be required to send a copy of current/valid photo ID (drivers license or passport) for all adult guests to property host prior to or upon booking. All guests must be present at check-in, and present photo ID for verification. Access to property will not be provided unless these conditions are met.
HOUSE RULES:
* All guests are expected to be respectful and mindful of neighbouring residents, and their expectation of peaceful enjoyment of their homes. This is especially true when entering or exiting the apartment, and when enjoying the balcony.
* Parties, gatherings, functions are strictly prohibited.
* Maximum guests 4
* Strictly non smoking. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking.
* $175 replacement fee per item is payable for lost or damaged keys and fobs.
* Damaged or missing items will be charged at cost. Credit card details to be provided at check-in to cover such potential costs.
