Enjoy a peaceful & private 1/2 mile country drive up the gravel hill & through the woods to the entrance!

Your Waterfall Retreat is snugly set 2 floors under our large scene-full round-house and features:

o- Seasonal Outdoor pool (OPEN MAY- SEPTEMBER)
o- Both spaces have private entrances and outdoor living
o- Lots of beds including 4 queen size mattresses
o- Spacious Living Area with Plenty of DVD'S and NETFLIX with 3 flatscreen TVs
o- 2 Kitchens and all necessary dining/cooking supplies
o- Fully stocked restrooms with a bathtub combo and 2 standup showers
o- Relaxing screened-in porch
o- Fire Pit (perfect for S'mores!)
o- Washer and Dryer
o- GRILL BABY
o- Hiking trails, Basketball hoop, Volleyball net and SO MUCH MORE

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests have a private parking space and additional space if needed in the main driveway is available also.

Guest have their own yard and private entrance.

All our guests have full seasonal access to our family's pool and hot tub a few steps from your rental.

You will have access to the full apartment area, outside swimming, walks and hiking.

PLEASE NOTE:

o - Our family occupies the top and middle floor, excluding the suite. We are respectful of our guests and try our best to give them privacy and trust while on the premise.
o - Cell phone service works great for AT&T. Verizon has fair service, others may or may not work. but we have great Wifi and wifi calling and texting is fine! There is also a landline if needed.

*amenities have common age limits and rules and restrictions. Although we try our best to have these amenities available, some require regular maintenance which may limit or prevent the use of them. Wavers may be required upon arrival for the use of certain amenities.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

There is a small fluffy white dog (maltipoo) named Pixar, that has access to the outdoors at times. He can be kept from wandering upon request.

Please try to bring your own pool towels, if you are unable to pool towels are available upon request.

The home is being updated constantly and we are always improving the place so the pictures may not be up to date on how cute things are!


Planning a crazy party with vodka and dub-step all night???
Awesome! But this is Not the place for you.

If you’d like to have a relaxing get together, spend a holiday, or enjoy being with people at regular hours then we would love to host you.
