About this property

In The Heart Of San Carlos, Spectacular Views

Our two bedroom, two bath home in San Carlos is close to everything. We are right across from the marina. and from our veranda you can catch beautiful daily sunsets right over the ocean and Tetakawi mountain. Have your morning coffee or your afternoon cocktails out there and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. We actually bought it for the veranda! Really, we spend most of our time out there. With a full kitchen, and living room with flat screen TV DVD, cable and internet, you will never have to leave! There is ample patio furniture on the veranda with a barbecue to boot! The master bedroom has a king size bed and in suite bathroom, the second bedroom has two queens. Both rooms have ample closets. Downstairs is a garage with washer and dryer, and room for one car and any beach toys you may bring down. We are right in front of the marina, where there are plenty of restaurants. You can walk to either of two beaches, and also the supermarket and catholic church, if you will. Our place is super clean and well appointed, the bathrooms brand new this year. Just look at the pictures and you will fall in love.

Marina overlook

This two bedroom two bath home with an expansive and inviting patio is a great place to see, stay and enjoy San Carlos. The kitchen is abundant for meal making. Secure off street parking is available and the hosts are friendly and knowledgeable. I will stay here again.

Great location to explore San Carlos!

We were very happy with the property. It was clean, fast internet, nice flat screen tv, good beds, washer dryer and in a great place for exploring San Carlos. We counted and eat at 8 different restaurants that are an easy walk from this place. San Carlos is easy to get around the main part of town by getting the bus right outside, 7 pesos. The view from the deck is great looking at the marina, especially the great sun sets. There is easy access to two beaches just a short walk away. And one the best perks is your renting from two friendly atentive to your need landlords. Jorge and Ann will answer your texts for any concerns or questions. We had a great time!

What a find this property was for us! The owners, Jorge and Anne are wonderful, so friendly and even offered a ride into Guaymas as they left town. They were there to meet us when we arrived and gave us a quick run down. First thing you notice is the view of Tetakawi and the marina from the huge balcony. The balcony has great places to sit, a portable charcoal BBQ and a little bar to make a cocktail at. Inside you'll find a well supplied kitchen with all the equipment you could possibly need and open to a comfy living room with a/c, sound system (we didnt try it) and a big TV. The beds are very comfortable and decent sheets and towels. Both bedrooms have a/c. Bonus items are the 2 mens bikes, complete with helmets, a kayak and 2 SUP's. Outside in the side yard you'll find a washer and dryer and a good size line to dry on plus there's an outdoor shower and toilet for beach days. This home includes a garage with electric opener for those with a car. The are restaurants, a hotel, market all within 1 - 5 mins walk and to catch the local bus, step out the gate and walk 2 mins or hail it and they will stop for you. We were here while we worked on our boat and wouldn't hesitate coming again.

Wonderful hospitality

Location near the marina was perfect and Ann and Jorge are so welcoming and helpful. They are available but not intrusive. Sunsets from the well appointed, huge deck are a spiritual experience after a peaceful day exploring nearby beaches.

Fantastic hosts—very responsive and knowledgable, and friendly! They even helped us find a very affordable rental car. And they spent a very patient evening helping me with my spanish. The neighbors here are also very welcoming, despite the language barrier. Garage is loaded with sups, a kayak, bikes. We have been here

Casa Veranda Paradise

Casa Veranda was a supreme condo for enjoying all that San Carlos had to offer. The owners of the condo were so welcoming and gracious. The condo was perfect for us and had all the amenities we needed and more. Who wouldn't love this veranda! Spent many hours there reading, relaxing and enjoying the Teta views. Thank you Ann and Jorge for making our winter 2017 stay fabulous.

We are a married couple, 41 years long! I am from Minnesota and my husband is from mexico. We live in ciudad obregon, the next town south of Guaymas San Carlos. We love going to San Carlos for a little rest and relaxation, and to enjoy paddle boarding, jet skiing, swimming, etc. And you will too!!

We have decided to rent out our condo so others may enjoy it, and to make a little money on the side too.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of this condo are it's proximity to everything, you can walk to most places, but the huge bonus is the veranda! The view, the restfulness you feel sitting out there. It's one of my favorite places to be.
