The villa with the special ambiance! Relax in a stunningly beautiful villa which offers all the comforts one could wish for. Home has been completely new furnished and decorated in October 2014.
It is located in the peaceful and tranquil area of Rotonda West on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Upon entering this bright and airy villa, you are greeted with a view of the beautiful deep lanai, the pool area and the canal behind. There is a comfortably furnished living room plus a family / game room with a Billiard Table and a 55' flat screen, perfect to watch your favorite TV program. Both these rooms offer great pool and water views.The unique Master bedroom has two queen size beds, two night stands, dresser, flat screen TV, desk, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, shower and a garden tub. The Master bedroom also includes a half bath, which is serving as a pool bath. Bedroom 2 and 3 both have a King size bed. They are sharing a bathroom with shower/tub. Bedroom 4 is a second Master suite with King size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower.
Large open kitchen with double oven, kitchen island, stainless steel appliances and a pass-thru window to pool area for your convenience. Formal Dining with contemporary glass top table, comfy white chairs and a silver chandelier. You will enjoy glass sliders to your private lanai from 4 rooms. The oversized lanai with dazzling water views is ideally South West facing. A large pool and whirlpool are embedded in a spacious pooldeck. There are 2 dining tables with cushioned chairs and loungers for you to read, relax and catch the sun.

You will enjoy free access to two fantastic Tennis Courts, a party cabana and a children playground at the Rotonda Community Park in the very center of Rotonda

High Speed Internet with WiFi, 4 Flatscreen TV's (40' to 55'), air-conditioning throughout the house, fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Bed linen, towels for bath and pool. Outdoor table with chairs in Poolarea, loungers and BBQ. Billiard Table. No Bikes. Pool/Whirlpool can be heated with a heat pump at extra cost. It is not a Hot tub and will have the same temperature as the Pool

Overall okay place

If you want just the basics, this is it. There were a few inconveniences that you might be okay with (lots of flies in this area, not a super clean place, lightbulb in garage didn't work, no dish rags, etc.) but overall it was nice to have 4 rooms and access to the pool while being close to the beach. I talked to the manager once when I had to sweep up dead flies and a bug upon arrival and she was very nice. I wish there was a little more thought put into this place though as it was furnished with the cheaper end of items (mainly all ikea). Especially for the price, you would expect it to be kept a little better. It worked for our vacation but we won't be returning to this house.

A perfect home for a big family!

Rest from the stress

Bright Dreams was the perfect place for our family to escape the stress of work, school, and COVID. It was a short drive to the beach’s and allowed for nightly trips to watch the sunsets. The pool was refreshing and relaxing after a hard day’s activity. Seraina was an excellent hostess and very responsive to all of our questions. We look forward to our next stay at Bright Dreams.

Excellent location. The house was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for a family of 8. The pool was great and we used it every day. Plenty of space in the pool area to hang out and grill while the kids swam. We enjoyed using the bikes to ride in the evening. We would definitely return!
