Very nice property with all the amenities. We had a wonderful winter stay. The wildlife was spectacular.
Close to beaches, restaurants, golf and shopping, and secluded enough to away from it all when wanted.
The property owners were very responsive if needed.
We will stay again next winter!
Property is as listed but the inside of the home smelt (had to buy air fresheners) and had roaches inside the bedrooms. Great location. Wouldn't stay again.

I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
They were not roaches they were palmetto bugs which were taking shelter from the storm which then turned into hurricane Debbie further up the coast. There was a lot of flooding in the local area.
Unfortunately we can do nothing about such storms. The villa is treated for bugs regularly but whenever there is a major storm Palmetto bugs can come into the villa seeking shelter (these were not roaches). The smell was only as you know until the garbage was collected the day after you arrived. The previous guests left a lot of garbage in the garage and there is little we can do about this. We did try and contact you to see how we could remedy the situation but you did not respond.
