Port Charlotte canal house

Very nice house, spacious and clean. A view on canal. The heater didn’t work and owners got right on having it fixed. Unusual for Florida to need heat but all was good. For me visiting family this was a great location. Enjoyed a few weeks in sunny Florida.

Beautiful canal house provided a great time for the 4th of July holiday! The main draw was the fishing and we were able to catch lots of fish off the dock including an incredible Snook. The host was very helpful when anything arose and quick to reply back to make sure our stay was enjoyable. House was well stocked with kitchen, bedding and outdoor supplies too.Location was convenient for heading to the beach, thrift shopping, and watching Tampa Bay FCL baseball. Our favorite place to hangout was probably the back porch!

This is a quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants, grocery stores, the Harley Davidson shop. We also love the boating and beaches on Boca Grand and Manasota key.

What makes this property unique

Large rooms for enjoying time with family and friends. Large lanai with seating for everyone. 2 master suites make it great for parents and grandparents or adults that don't want to fight over the master 😉
