A retired artist who loves the peace of the mountain and sounds of the jungle. Both inspire my work in textile and wood.
A small dog lives with me and is great to deter predators. I often will work in my garage/studio nearby.
Many accessible beaches beckon to get away for a few hours listening to the waves. I enjoy hospitality and travel and love to meet and exchange with people from all over the world. This is why I take care of the B&B which is two rooms below the rental loft unit. During long term rental of this loft duplex, I may go travelling to new destinations.

Why they chose this property
IF you are looking for peaceful, no traffic , where you hear the sounds of the jungle or ocean waves at night, look no further. IF you enjoy gardens , feast your eyes on the many specimen of trees, bushes etc. Even get your own pineapple at times and prolific bananas , the monkeys can't keep up! if you are an artist or crafts person this place is very inspiring. Many herbs are also grown for your culinary pleasure.
What makes this property unique
IF you are a couple who wish to rest or recharge and might want to host some guests while you are in Costa Rica, the 2 B&B rooms each with private baths can accommodate them . Why pay for a 3 bedroom house full time when you might only need a week or two at some point to host your guests.?( Pay as you go) Owner lives nearby to help with any emergencies or and deal with repairs quickly. The location is right in the middle of he best attractions in Southern Costa RIca, Although the pool is shared, most of the time it is private just for you and it is a magical place at night glistening with soft lighting in gardens. Animals and birds visit regularly for your enjoyment and a paved driveway is a plus as is the concrete pads road to reach the house.
