This unit has had a whole new makeover and is looking fresh, modern, comfy & fantastic. Perfect spot for a couple or two couples to get away and enjoy this adult retreat, it will be the perfect spot to relax and unwind and enjoy all Kalbarri has to offer...
Recently painted througout with all new furnishings & linen. This 3 bedroom 1 x bathroom (combined with laundry) duplex half is right on the waterfront and gives you some of the best views in town. The main front bedroom has 1 Queen size bed with river /ocean views and cupboard space, the Second bedroom has another queen bed & the third bedroom have 2 single beds. All rooms have cupboard space. . The large open plan kitchen, lounge /dining area with a large smart TV on the wall has a new  big comfy leather sofa to relax and look out over the river views through the front all glass sliding doors. The front patio deck has a great outdoor setting where you can sit relax and watch the boats come in with the days catch. There is also a large wooden outdoor setting in the small back private patio as well so a second area to relax in..  COOL ONLY ducted air con in kitchen & lounge area.  Microwave, oven/stove, fridge/freezer in well stocked kitchen. Washing machine in laundry / bathroom including toilet.
The small Weber BBQ  with  Fantastic uninterupted  views across to the river, ocean and foreshore. Enclosed small paved courtyard out back with clothes line. IGA very close.  Parking is only for max of 2 cars as its a shared driveway with the house at the back. Not fully fenced or enclosed so not to good for younger children but perfect for Adults..
Our properties are not serviced please bring your own toilet paper and consumables, thank you.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
