This 3 bedroom home is 200mtrs from the beach and walking distance to all shops and resturants. It features Bedroom 1-1 queen bed ,bedroom 2-2 single beds, bedroom 3-1 Double bed , all linen supplied. We allocate bedroom 1 for 2 people bedroom 1&2 for 3/4 people and 1/2/3 bedrooms for 5/6 people If you require extra room there is a charge of $50 per room. . Please message us your room requirements before check in . Full kitchen laundry bbq area out front and a back patio. Airconditioning in the kitchen come lounge .
Situated across the road from a new kids playground that also features a bbq

The client and all guests agree to keep the property clean and leave the property as they find it on arrival or a cleaning fee will be charged . The client is responsible to this owner for the actual costs of any breakages or damage in or to the property. And replacement cost for-removal of any items from property.

The house was perfect for the activities we wanted to do and in a perfect location, just a 5 minute walk from the beach. Had lovely meals at the front using the BBQ and Kate communicated effectively when we needed to know anything. Only thing I would recommend for future guests is to bring some house hold essentials such as toilet roll, dish washing liquid etc. as we had to buy these things ourself upon arrival as it was scarce.

Homely - Clean - Comfortable - Relaxed

The home suited our needs perfectly, which was for a simple, self-contained home to base ourselves for a few days of relaxing and exploring the area. Lovely, large, front outdoor area with plenty of seating & table options is where we spent most of our home time - great for friends/adult/kids alike. Park across the road would be great for kids to run around too. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you could want. Thankyou :-)

Excellent Host with a well equipped property

A spacious and well located property. The host operates a Lobster Pull Boat Cruise which we participated. It was the hi-light of our 7 day trip. I highly recommend this experience. We get to eat lobsters on the boat and were given lobsters to take home! Such generous operators. A big THANK YOU to Kate, Mark & their Skipper son.

Ideal comfortable place whether on your own or family . Great family owned who look after you . Recommend the fishing charter that the family have too. They Worked tirelessly to get everybody there quota of quality fish which they achieved . Thanks Mark and Kate

Excellent Holiday!

Murchison Waters (Unit 2) was a lovely place for us to stay. Perfect in Location being so close to the beach, parks, Tourist Centre and still back off the main street so less noisy. Plenty of useful amenities around the unit and we loved the front patio area, we spent most of our time relaxing out there and kids loved the park across the road. We also took advantage of 2 of their Charter Tours (Whale Watching & Rock Lobster Pot Pull) its a must do! Thank you Kate - you were very pleasant and easy to deal with :)

Well maintained property.

Nice bedroom space but hanging space in each room would have been nice. Toilet and shower space good. Plenty of seating inside and outside on verandah. Kitchen size good. Good size fridge.
