Downstairs - This villa has a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances icluding a Coffee Pod Machine with Pods supplied and a Airfryer is included. The main bedroom with Kingbed, Large bathroom that can be used for disabled with a a large shower area & toilet. Both have hand rails for aid if required. Seperate small laundry with washing machine and a new Cordless Vacuum cleaner. The open plan lounge and dining area has a  Large big screen Smart TV, Blue Ray dvd player and Bluetooth stereo.

Upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 single beds a second bathroom & toilet. There is also a lovely smaller open sitting room with an additional lounge, a second smaller smart TV & DVD along with a variety of games. Great for the kids or as a seperate relaxation area.

The villa offers you cool only air conditioning in both of the bedrooms and living area, a front patio with a comfy setting where you can see the river from the front of the villa, Small back courtyard inc BBQ, a outdoor table & chairs with clothes line. You have your own front undercover parking bay.

Kalbarri Blue Ocean Villas is ideally situated in a complex of 7 villas, with a beautiful shared pool, positioned just a stone's throw from IGA, the beach and only a short walk to town centre, cafes, shops and restaurants. WIFI and Foxtel are also available.  .

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
