3 Night Minimum

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom House - 2 x Queen beds, 2 x King singles This tastefully set up unit has reverse cycle air con in living area plus ceiling fans. Large new Smart TV and stereo system in lounge room. Microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and stove in the kitchen. High chair and kids step stool available. Bathroom semi-ensuite to master bedroom, with bath, separate shower , Auto washing machine and separate toilet of the laundry.

Gas BBQ and outdoor furniture on small back patio. Small rear yard is fully enclosed. No Lawn, paving only ( not a lot of undercover area for pets). Front has lawn, single carport, room for small boat (dinghy). No Parking on the Lawn due to reticulation please. Walk out the front door and you are virtually on the river also very close to town and beaches. $50 dog fee applies. WIFI connected

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.

The home is clean and tidy. The kitchen is well stocked with the physical items for cooking. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure divine. A small backyard space for those nights when you just want to sit out and enjoy a wine under the night skies.

The house is tidy with a great location. Sitting out on the front lawn looking north was stunning.

As mentioned great location. Short walking distance to most locations in the town . Ray White staff very helpful. The house neat and tidy .Would have no hesitation renting in future .

Recommend booking directly with Kalbarri Escapes/Contessi Real Eastate as cheaper tahn other sites

The kitchen is well equipped - best I have seen! Definitely do BYO toilet paper/bin bags. Beds are comfy with clean sheets and good pillows. No aircons in the bedrooms, but closing most doors will allow cool airflow down into bedrooms. There is no backyard for kids to run in, just a little sitting area with a BBQ and clothesline, though the table and chairs are situated in a nice narrow garden space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house had comfortable beds, good linen and bedding. The shared bathroom worked for the 4 of us. There was generous seating for dining and lounge. The stove and oven worked well. Well stocked kitchen with crockery, glasses and cookware and baking needs also covered. It was close to the beach and we had a view if our car and neighbour's car were not parked in driveway. The house is dated and there are cracked tiles etc in laundry, good shower but tiles need to be refreshed. Some kitchen items were not cleaned well enough when we moved in. Overall a great place to stay and would stay again. We saw the skywalk and other gorges in the national park. Went on Sunset cruise, saw breaching whales. Husband fished 3 or 4 times but not enough for a feed. We shopped at IGA a lot, loved coffee and food at Red Bluff bakery cafe and enjoyed take-away from The Golden Wok.. Thank you, Barbara
