Upper Level: 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 full baths, and a hallway mirror closet. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably.
Main Level: Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area leading to the covered deck, pool, and garden. Includes a powder room and utility room with washer, dryer and clean up amenities.
Lower Level: Optional 4th suite with king bed, smart TV, mini-fridge, 2 and 3 seater couch (not a fold up) and ensuite full bathroom. Automatically accessed for groups over 8 guests at US$50 per person per night sleeping 2 persons. Or if under 8 guests for extra space, on request at US $50 per night.
Extras include solar-panel hot water, USB charging ports, and a Keurig coffee maker with starter essentials.
Check-in: 3pm – 10 pm | Check-out: by 11 am.
Providence Estate is a self-catering villa designed for comfort and convenience. Housekeeping, chef, spa, and babysitting services can be arranged during your stay (additional fee).
The villa is stocked with fresh linens, bath and beach towels, starter cleaning products, and coffee filters. A Keurig coffee machine is provided — guests may bring their preferred pods.
Guests are kindly asked to report any damages or breakages immediately to avoid delays for incoming arrivals.
Events, pets, and unregistered guests are not permitted.
All rates include the government’s 10% Shared Economy Levy.

Originally from Barbados and Bajan to the core even though I'm not currently residing there. When I am back home I enjoy Oistins on Friday night for local cuisine, Catamaran cruises and spending time with Family. Without Family I would be nowhere in life.
Why they chose this property
It was my wife and I dream to buy a home in Barbados some day and to be able to let other people also enjoy our Beautiful Island. Unfortunately she didn't live to see it in person and only saw photos but approved of it and from then on I just knew it was meant to be as she fell in love with it just from the photos.
What makes this property unique
"To me the backyard is just peaceful and provides serenity in the mornings as I sit out there and would have breakfast. Sometimes I think I may have slept better out there than in the bed. :) There is a patio off the master bedroom that allows for an ocean view and watch the planes fly into Grantley Adams International Airport."
