This two bedroom/2 bath flat is large - over 1,000sf with an open floor plan. The living room features a large screen TV with Sky Satellite; behind the living room is an office area. The kitchen is fully equipped and on nice days, one can eat on the private outside terrace. The Master ensuite bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has both a double and single bed. It is bright, comfortable and ridiculously central with Piccadilly Circus down the street, Chinatown 2 blocks away, shopping on Regent Street a few blocks away and all the while nestled in bustling Soho. There is a Whole Foods Market 2 blocks away and around the corner is Berwick Street Market. Perfectly central for tourists, theatre-goers, shoppers and foodies, with the area offering incredible variety of dining options.

This flat was originally bought to be the UK offices for my company, TLA Entertainment. After a decade of being an office, I sold the company and began to spend some time in the flat. Now I spend most of my time in Philadelphia, so this beautiful apartment is being rented out.
Why they chose this property
The flat is amazingly central - one could walk to nearly all London attractions: The London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Parliament, Oxford and Regent Street shopping, Chinatown, Soho, and countless theatres, cinemas and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
Unlike a lot of London places, this flat has generously sized bedrooms, a balcony to relax in the summer afternoon, a washer and dryer.
