Lefteris Holiday Home is in a traditional village just three km from Maleme Beach. It is ideal for those who wish to enjoy their vacations in complete privacy since all areas will be yours to enjoy! Our Holiday Home is also perfect for families since it has everything you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a lovely swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds. You will most enjoy the tranquillity the balcony offers after a day of exploring our island and the serenity of the surroundings.

Please note that as of January 1, 2024, all tourist accommodations in Greece must implement a new environmental fee defined as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee. This fee was established under Article 30 of Law 5073/2023 and replaces the previous Accommodation Tax.
Guests staying in villas over 80 m2 must pay the fee. Accommodations are responsible for collecting this fee from guests and remitting it directly to the tax authorities.
The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is 10 euros per night and must be collected from the guests upon check-in.

Très cher pour la prestation

Maison assez spacieuse mais pour un couple avec 3 enfants grand maximum! Prestation pas à la hauteur du prix beaucoup trop cher ! Les propriétaires sont très gentils cependant la maison est vieillotte et le quartier sans intérêt très loin de la canee … pour ce prix on s’attend à d’autres prestations

Fantastic vaccation

Beautiful and Clean

Beautiful view every morning on the patio. Very clean and high quality inside. Kostas and Anna are super nice and very attentive. Please note this house is great but for one family only. Since this is a renovated older house, one bedroom is attached to another. This makes it a bit difficult for two families due to walking through one bedroom to get to the front room.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

Das Quartier liegt nur etwa 40 Minuten vom Flughafen Chania entfernt, den letzten Streckenabschnitt fährt man durch Olivenhaine. Die Lage ist idyllisch in einem kleinen Ort. Hier gibt es noch Verkäufer, die ihre Zwiebeln und Knoblauch vom Auto aus zum Verkauf anpreisen. Es gibt eine kleine Bar, Lebensmittelgeschäfte gibt es ein paar Autominuten entfernt an der Küste. Der private Parkplatz befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Hauses. Hier gibt’s auch Orangen, Bananen, Granatäpfel, Pflaumen und den Grill. Das Quartier ist wirklich schön, allerdings lässt sich der Meerblick von der oberen Terrasse nicht ohne die regional typischen Stromkabel genießen. Nachts kann man verschiedene Eulenarten hören und beobachten. Vermietet wird nicht das komplette Haus sondern die obere Etage. Die untere Etage ist den Mietern nicht zugänglich. Das Quartier ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Große Küche, Wohnzimmer, noch ein Esszimmer, dann folgen beide Schlafzimmer. Für Familien ist das Quartier gut geeignet, für zwei Paare eher weniger, da das große Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Es gibt ein großes Bad mit Wanne, Fenster und erfreulicherweise auch einer Waschmaschine, die in der Ausstattung nicht aufgeführt wurde. Ein nettes Extra! In beiden Badezimmern gibt es leider keinen Duschvorhang. Im großen Bad ist der Duschschlauch zu kurz, um den Duschkopf zu befestigen. Das sollte nachgebessert werden. Der Pool ist größer als die Fotos vermuten lassen, wir würden 6,50 m Länge schätzen. Er ist durchgehend 1,70 m tief. Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Besteck und Geschirr ausgestattet. Aufbewahrungsboxen, Gewürze etc. waren nicht vorhanden. Dafür gab es Honig, Kaffee und Obst zur Begrüßung. Der Vermieter George und die gesamte Eigentümerfamilie sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie waren bei Problemen umgehend zur Stelle. Wir haben uns in diesem Quartier sehr sicher und willkommen gefühlt. Wir hatten ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, leider sind die Preise für 2021 deutlich gestiegen.
