Quiet and calm condo. Completely equipped in a very confortable environment : swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, tennis courts and many other activities around the clubhouse. 15min far from the Anna Maria beach by car. 5minutes far from the supermarket and restaurants by foot (Walmart, Aldi, Publix, Applebees...). 5 minutes from IMG the tennis Academy where you can train to becom a top tennismen or women !

What makes this property unique
My quiet and nice condo is not only very well situated towards IMG and Anna Maria or Sarasota but also in Shorewalk, it is close to all Shorewalk accomodations and Bradenton shops. An ideal location !
