North Dalmatia Island Ugljan house Kali
Beautiful 220 m2 house on 2 floors, with beautiful sea view. Sea is 250 m from house. There is a grill kitchen outside of the house which can be used. Near the house are: restaurant and 2 grocery shops 40 m from the house, flower shop (first neighbours), emergency and doctors, massage therapist only 100 m. There is wi-fi internet and smart tv's in the house and 2 air conditioners. The furniture quality is very good, and every room has its own balcony. There are two bathrooms on each floor, the main
bedroom has its own toilet with shower, and second one is the main batroom for everyone. Every floor has a big living room and dining room/kitchen. Pets and loud parties are not alowed. The house is all yours, owner doesn't live near.
