Located on the top floor of this boutique building. Nestled in the corner of the property, occupying the complete corner unit from end to end. THE BUILDING

Less than 10 years old, designed to the highest standards. This is a great building of just 12 apartments over 2 floors. Secure entrances from street and car park. The car park has a designed parking space for each car (no extra charge) It can be entered from the side street via a parking remote assigned on arrival. The building, is quiet with mostly long term guests, The building is located on the east side of Biscyane Boulevard in the heart of the MIMO area. Mimo has undergone a radical transformation over the past 5 years and now houses some of the most exciting restaurants and hotels within Miami including Vagabound, blue collar and coffee shops from starbucks to Pantha coffee. With a beautiful park just half a block away, major supermarkets and convenience stores in each direction.

THE PROPERTY

As you enter the property you come into a hallway. Heading left you walk into the main living room, with its open plan kitchen, huge living area, fantastic floor to ceiling windows and balcony with outdoor furniture. Straight ahead is the next bedroom, next to the bedroom is the second bathroom with shower unit. Turn right you come into the master bedroom, on suite with its own balcony.

This oversized living room is the center of this apartment, with modern sparse furniture, white lacquered dining table and 6 chairs, leather sofa bed, (sleeps 2) chaise, tv with full cable. The open plan kitchen was designed with fitted cupboards, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, large fridge, freezer, lots of additional closet space. We give you pots, pans, plates and kitchen and eating utensils.

There is a separate closet for a stackable washer/dryer.

The balcony leads directly off of the living room and has bistro style outdoor furniture that seats 4.

One bedroom has a modern queen platform bed, comfortable mattress, nightstands, night lights, overhead fan, tv with smart DVD player. Ample closet space. The modern tiled bathroom has a stand alone shower unit.

The master oversized bedroom has a king size bed, ample closet space, additional sofa bed, tv with its own roku, memory foam 12 inch mattress, and its own balcony with a patio set which sits two.
