This recently renovated cottage is tucked down a private lane in North Truro, MA. With cathedral, beamed ceilings, skylights and large windows, this home has a very contemporary feel. The 1 bedroom, 1 bath space occupies one half of a two family home (back 1/2 of property is occupied by owners.) A privacy fence separates the property in two, giving you a large, exclusive use yard complete with deck and hammock. Split system AC and gas grill. Shared washer/dryer in basement. 1.5 miles to bay or ocean beaches.

Fabulous property that is perfectly situated on the outer Cape and accurately depicted in the photos of the listing. The home was clean and well furnished, making for an easy rental experience. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and lovely outdoor spaces. Great hosts too.

Perfect Cape Getaway

We had an amazing week in Truro thanks to our hosts Billy & Tim! The property was exactly as described and had amenities that exceeded our expectations. When booking our host was clear about the layout and it perfectly met our needs as we were a couple traveling with a teenager. Great proximity to the bay and ocean beaches. It was the perfect week in Truro and we hope to return next summer!

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. It is private and quiet yet close by to wonderful beaches and trails and only a short drive to either Provincetown or Wellfleet. It had the best stocked kitchen of any place we have stayed and was well appointed with very tasteful furniture and decor. The deck was a delightful place to read in the sun and share with the hummingbirds, turkeys and 3 cats that belong to the owner as the Soleri bells chimed in the breeze. For the time we were there it felt like home, not a rental. We look forward to returning!

We loved everything about our stay here. The property was impeccable - we've stayed in many Airbnbs/HomeAways in our day and the way the owners thoughtfully planned out and designed this house was one of the best we've come across. The kitchen had all the best appliances, sharp knives, everything you need. We appreciated the umbrella and beach chairs -- and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. Has that remote feel but it's just minutes from restaurants and amenities. Loved it here and if we are ever back on the Cape, we know where to go! Thanks Billy!

Best rental I’ve ever personally experienced or heard of from anyone else

This property is the best. I almost don’t want to tell everyone how great it was so that I can keep booking it year after year forever. Do you like great location, privacy, cleanliness, friendliness, and warm Scandinavian design? Of course you do, and this rental has all that and more. It’s incredibly thoughtfully arranged and furnished and in walking/biking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants, and a vineyard. Billy was wonderfully helpful and friendly, with lots of good suggestions and recommendations. We can’t wait to come back!
